The casita is very cute. The bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, and I travel a fair amount. The pillows were great as well. It was nice to have a full kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, as well as quick to respond with any questions. The downside is that this property is in a retirement community, and being that my husband and I are in our 30’s, we were definitely out of place, and the other residents made sure that we knew it. We had several dirty looks, and two people actually said something to us about not belonging there. Also, if you want to use any of the amenities, you need to pay extra, depending on how long you’re staying, and get a pass ahead of time. None of this was disclosed in the property listing, or ahead of our arrival.

The outdoor patio with majestic views were the best part of our stay. Peaceful quiet and safe community. Convenience of having a washer/dryer. The bed was on the softer side comfortable for me, not as much for my husband who needs a firm mattress. 3 recliners in living room. Perfect stay for the 2 of us visiting family close by. Host responded quickly and had a kind disposition.

Totally satisfied; exceeded every expectation. Easy check-in, great WI-FI, best mountain view in Green Valley and one of the best stocked and supplied vacation properties we've seen in our travels all over the world. I've read all the reviews and concur that this is an outstanding resort property from the standpoint of the facility, management, location, and comfort. Bottom line: if you think this resort meets your needs, book it quickly before someone else does. This will be our first choice when we return to Green Valley.

Great getaway

Beautiful and convenient. Perfect for two. Clean property with all necessary amenities including laundry, coffee pot and filters, completely supplied kitchen, and even sugar for the hummingbird feeder. Most impressive view of the mountains.

Stunning views

Linda and Richard are great hosts. The Casita is comfortable and welcoming. The Santa Rita Mountains are captivating. Fun trails in the Madera Canyon and the Saguaro National Forest are just minutes away. Sipping coffee and watching the hummingbirds was great fun. Their hospitality was outstanding.

Cozy Casita, Close to Everything

This was the perfect location for me, when I was in town to visit my mom. It is so nice to come home to a welcoming, well-appointed place to relax. And the view!!!

So relaxing

The property was amazing. It was so quiet. The neighbors were all very friendly or a lot of outdoor activities to do and pretty close to the property. The host were extremely nice. They answered all of our questions when we had any property had tons of cooking utensils, spices, etc. perfect for those that like to cook at home. We enjoy the ambience overall waking up to a sunrise with lots of hummingbirds. It was everything we hoped it would be. We would gladly take this place again. I highly recommend it for a quiet weekend or a quiet two weeks day. It was amazing.

Perfect Vacation Spot!

Excellent location close to the heart of Green Valley, yet still off the beaten path. We enjoyed spending breakfast and later evening time out on the expansive tiled patio overlooking the mountains, taking in the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The casita had everything we needed for our stay. The bed is excellent and the kitchen was well appointed with all the little items you want. The washer/dryer was a bonus.

Humming birds and Bats

Linda was awesome. Really nice place and we left wanting to buy a Casita just like that. I loved sitting on the porch and watch the humming birds and the Bats come out at dusk and dawn. It was our 30th wedding anniversary. We were going to go to a fancy place to celebrate. Instead, we bought a nice Rib Eye and grilled out on the patio. Linda had all the things we needed.

I think there is a very warm comforting feeling as you enter the Casita. There are 3 skylights that make it bright and cozy.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

In addition to the outside beautiful sun and moon rises, the antics of the hummingbirds, and the blooming of the desert landscaping, we have recently purchased a new mattress for the Queen size bed.
