Our condos are stocked with a starter supply of household essentials. The digital guestbook sent prior to arrival also outlines what supplies are provided and what guests may wish to purchase, depending on the length of their stay and personal needs. Regarding the parking issue, the housekeeper involved worked for another management company, and the matter was being addressed. Since parking is managed by the HOA, their team advised that you could temporarily use any available onsite space while they worked to resolve the mix-up. We understand the frustration of finding your assigned space occupied, but we hope this short-lived hiccup did not completely derail your getaway to paradise. Susan, thank for your review. We apologize for the issues that occurred during your stay. The gnats in the condo were due to the garbage being full after the weekend of July Forth. This issue was the first time it had happened, and Property Maintenance ensured us that they would be proactive in busy weekends for this to never occur again. We haven't had any issue since your stay, but we apologize that this happened while you were here! Our Maintenance Team came out twice to treat the gnats in your condo upon your calls. Upon check in you let us know that the rug and floors were not up to your standards, so we sent our cleaners back to resolve any issues you had! We are glad we are able to offer this service immediately upon arrival. On the website, this condo is listed as a 3|2 condo, but we apologize for any miscommunication. We would love a second chance to impress you, so please reach out when you're ready to book and we can offer a discount on a future stay! Thank you again for your review!

Had you informed us about the issues you encountered, we would have immediately contacted the building's management and worked to address and resolve these issues to ensure a pleasant stay.
