BEACHFRONT living at it's finest - step out on the wrap around patio with 180 degree VIEWS to enjoy the sun, surf and breeze. This 6th floor condo in the heart of Orange Beach overlooking the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico has everything you need and best of all EVERYTHING is NEW! Storage closet with beach chairs, beach wagon, and beach/pool toys. 3 spacious bedrooms each with their own full bath, laundry room and fully equipped kitchen - all you need to bring is your swimsuit and sunscreen!

We will text you information regarding access to condo, parking and have maintenance close by for any needed issues or repairs.

My husband and I are semi-retired and love everything about traveling and the beautiful white sugar sands of Orange Beach. We own several vacation rentals and plan to expand over the next few years. Whether it's coming down during the sunny Summer months or enjoying a crisp breeze in Spring or Fall - there is nothing like putting your toes in the sand , feeling the ocean breeze in your hair and dipping your toes in the blue waters. We love spending time with our children & grandchildren and making memories with them here as well. We hope that you and your loved ones will experience the same love for not only the area but our home away from home. When setting up our property - we try to think of every detail to make your experience the best that it can be. We want you to not have to worry about bringing everything with you but just be able to come down with your swimsuit and sunscreen and come to have a great time!
