This is a security-gated community. Each home comes with its very own private pool, so you can enjoy Florida?s sunshine.

*1 Trash Bag per Trash Can, 1 Toiletry Kit Per Bathroom (Small Bar Soap, shampoo, and conditioner), 1 Toilet Paper Roll per Bathroom, 1 Dish Sponge, 1 Dish detergent, 1 Dishwasher Machine Detergent, and 1 Laundry Soap. We do not provide washcloths.
