Welcome to our enjoyable home!
Located in a safe and friendly neighborhood in the Indian Creek community. This beautiful cozy and relaxing pool home has everything you need away from home, nice and well equipped kitchen for those who prefer to cook their own meals, but still close to nice restaurants and hangout spots, and shops, minutes from Disney and other theme parks.
The home is considered
Self-Catering. All bedding and linens are provided as well as the basics to get you started on a great vacation.
You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries, and cleaning supplies you may require during your stay. The home is equipped with a washer and dryer for your use.
**Indian Creek community has its own tennis court, basketball court and children's play area. Indian Creek really is one of the most convenient
communities for the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, the Animal Kingdom and the rest of Disney World. Optional fees
Heated pool: $32 per day charge with minimum of 5 booking days. You will receive a request for payment within a week prior to check in. The pool will be automatically heated to 78-80 degrees F from 09-09pm for your enjoyment.

**Pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components. These components can sometimes malfunction.
Hosts and property management, and the homeowner cannot
be held responsible for any malfunctioning heater or failure of a heater to maintain set temperature during periods of your stay. Please inform us immediately if your pool heater does not appear to work properly. No
compensation will be given for a malfunctioning heater.
The management will do everything in its power to rectify any problems with malfunctioning equipment as quickly as possible.

Pack and play and high chair provided for your convenience, please clean up and put away prior to check out
Small BBQ (charcoal not included): provided for your convenience, please clean it after use. Otherwise, a $25 charge will be requested for cleaning.
Pls let us know in advance which will be used so payment will be sent separately prior to check in.

We had a great stay during our Orlando trip this month. The home was as presented online. Our group of 7 had plenty of space without feeling the least bit crowded. Well maintained, quiet neighborhood. The kids took advantage of the pool several times. Very close to shopping and theme parks. Communication with hosts was good. Definitely would stay again.

Wonderful place to stay

A Beautiful Home

We stayed in Michael’s home for 9 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Any questions or problems were addressed immediately. The home was close to all attractions but the location was in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds. We’d definitely stay again if we come into town again

One of the best villas we have ever stayed in! The villa itself is very well equipped and in very good condition. Beds are very comfortable! The pool gets sunshine from about 11am till sunset, allowing you to enjoy it nearly all day! I've attached a photo of one of the sunsets we had one night.The neighbourhood is nice and quiet.Shops, restaurants and entertainment are just a 5 minute drive away. Easy access to Disney and the I-4. Host is very kind and easy to get in touch with too!We would happily book again! Totally worth 5 stars.

Sports weekend

A lovely, clean home in a nice neighborhood that was perfect for our stay with teammates. Kids stayed in the bunk room and adults had their own rooms. Plenty of space even with a full house and plenty of space for the kids to spread out.

This house was exactly as stated and in very good condition. Michael was very easy to work with as we had plenty of questions prior to our arrival. He was patient and helpful. This home was very clean. Specifically there was no evidence of any insects within or even around the home, which I found amazing. This home had excellent space for three family units to have their privacy yet plenty of room centrally to play around and watch TV. The pool was the perfect size for the kids to play around and enjoy after a busy day. Very clean!Also, so convenient to local activities such as Disney world and all the usual stores. An added bonus was that Amazon delivers frequently within hours for any of those last minute items you forgot.

Beautiful home- perfect location

We had a fantastic stay! Full Disney days so it was great to have a location so close to all of them, but also quiet and away from the busy! We had 2 kids, 2 near adults and two adults, and the location was perfect to make target and Walmart runs and so many good food locations as well. Having an air fryer was great because my kids can live off of chicken nuggets! The lay out of the house was perfect to have family space and personal space! Kids only got to use the pool once since our days were packed full, but they loved it! It was so nice to have my own full bathroom that wouldn’t wake everyone in the mornings. Beautiful comfortable home.

Nice house

House was nice and great location the only thing I didn’t like was paying 35 a day to heat pool and it never warmed up enough to really swim I would not recommend paying to heat it

Hi David, The pool heating was set up to warm to 78 degrees as written on the agreement which is very comfortable to swim. I did even increased to 80 degree as courtesy . I am sorry, it was not as warm as you expected, possibly also due to current cold weather right now. Thank you for your feed back, David.

Perfect experience!

Three cheer moms and four cheerleaders (17, 17, 15, 12) stayed for five nights for the Summit cheer competition at ESPN. This house was perfectly situated; close to the venue as well as parks, stores and restaurants, yet in a quiet neighborhood that felt safe. Beds and sofas were comfortable and linens and towels were clean and ample. Well-appointed kitchen allowed us to grab quick meals at home. We reached out with one small concern and Michael responded immediately, resolving our issue. Would absolutely stay again! Thank you for your hospitality!
