GREAT STAY

The condo had everything we needed. The location is perfect. Love being near all the shops and restaurants. If I could add anything it would be to make available a couple of fold up chairs so we could bring them to sit on the beach. Cant wait for next years stay.

Great location

The properties pictures do no justice for the real thing! It could’ve been cleaned better, but overall the location is great. You won’t need to drive anywhere after you park! You’re located right on the strip. The resort is very clean itself too.

This was a humbling experience for us to put it lightly. The pillows were stained yellow, the shower curtain was full of mold/ mildew stains, the sofa bed was broken and the air mattress provided in lieu of sofa bed did not stay inflated, the air handler closet was filled with dust you could see all over its door. Pillows and bathroom should be the number one priority when hosting guests so they feel comfortable and clean while sleeping and showering. Also, when my 6 year old closed the dirty shower curtain, it fell down on her. While my husband reinstalled it correctly and she wasn’t hurt, it was dangerous. The ceiling has soft spots where a leak is just waiting to pour in. This place needs a lot of work and should not be a rental. Needless to say, we wouldn’t recommend this to anyone and will not be returning.

Runaway Moms Trip

This was an annual mother’s trip for me (Benita) and 4 of my boy mom friends, 14 boys between us. No kids, no significant others, just us moms enjoying Fl in our own ways from reading books, dining, shopping, beaching, to simply sleeping in. Ocean walk never disappoints and this condo was simply perfect. The managers were so easy to speak with and kind and helped make our mother’s trip another fantastic experience. We look forward to next year!

Absolutely Perfect!

This oceanfront property is in a great hotel, and is so conveniently located to everything. The view alone is worth everything. The amenities are awesome! The condo is more than suitable for a family, or group of four to five persons. The owner was very prompt to reply and make accommodations when needed, when requested. I look forward to returning soon!

Great location

Property is as listed. Location and view are wonderful. The washer was broken when we were there for the owners were responsive and offered other means to wash clothes. Was very busy during 4th of July week. If you want to sit by the pool you better get there early!

I'm sorry about the pest problem John. I wish you would have told me during your stay when you found them. It is rare they show up, but it does happen from time to time. I have a pest control guy on call that handles any issues from pest right away for my guests. The main pool was closed for a day because of a break down in the pumps, but it was fixed in 24 hours. Family Vacation

The resort is our favorite by far. The view is spectacular. There are even daily activities for guest to participate which we come across when some rain redirected us to one of the indoor pools. Our vacation was cut short due to a hurricane that was in coming but our host was quick to reach out and offer an early checkout for the safety of their guests. That is service at it's finest. I would love to rebook this unit again.

Beautiful view

Loved the view and stay! Didn’t get to see dolphins. Sunrise and sunset was beautiful. Rained 2 nights but only for a couple hours. Access to the pools and hot tubs. The restaurants that we’re connected to the hotel were great! Ate at the wings and taco place twice! Communication was great with the host and even stayed an extra night. Will be back!

Location is great, amenities were great, condo is cozy, beds were uncomfortable though and it was picked up but not very clean ex: there was dried poop on the toilet seat but I had brought Clorox wipes so we cleaned.

We have a great cleaning crew, but even they have an off day from time to time. I wish you would have let me know when you were staying there that the cleanliness was not good enough. I would have sent them up right away to clean whatever needed it. I always send cleaning crews up right away if guests are unhappy with the cleaning. There for VB tournament - didn't get to use amenities but they look great. Room had holes in the wall and needs to be updated. I would not consider it luxurious or 5 star.

Hi Diane, I'm sorry that you did not think that the condo was luxurious. What holes in the wall are you referring to? After I read this, I had my maintenance man go through the condo to see what you were referring to, but he could not find any. I went thought the condo as well to check and could not find any either. In the utility closest there is a valve in the wall that has dry wall cut out to access, but I would hope that that hole in the wall behind the A.C. in a closed-door closet didn't ruin your trip. We have many guests that have been in this exact condo and have also left great reviews saying how nice this condo is. I'm sorry that you guys did not feel the same. The property was nice the furniture was outdated and broken down. The pullout mattress has mold on bottom and could not be used and the beds were not real comfortable. The washer did not work however we were given use of another room from the property manager.

Vacation Rental

We love working with Joe and Mandy and the variety of units they offer.We know it is a rental and the furniture gets abused. It was pretty gross. There were a few little ant like bugs in the kitchen, hairs on the floor in the bathroom in the corners, quite a bit of dust on walls, ceilings and FANS. The location of the unit is one of our favorites though. Just wanted you to know. Looking forward to our next visit. April

Amazing views

The place is absolutely beautiful, yes is a bit in the older side, but they keep it clean and the condo has all the basic needs, including a dryer and washing machine which is a plus, when traveling light and with teens and kids. The views are amazing, every one woke up early just to sit outside and look at the glorious sunrise, the heated pools were heated, I say this because we have gone to places were it says heated pool, and they meant heated pool for penguins, because they were frigid… the weather was in the cool side, but my kids were able to enjoy the pool and slide, and they were many people using the hot tub, so I suppose it was a good temperature. I did wish they had also heated the kids pool… The location it’s great, just a walk away from stores, restaurants and fun things to do with the family. My family and I enjoyed every minute of it, we would definitely love to stay there again. We didn’t have any problems with parking.

Nice location

The property location was totally awesome. Right on the beach with amazing views. The inside of the condo was neat, for two people it was just fine. My only knock on the actual condo was the bedroom furniture needs to be updated, pretty bad. The A/C did go out, but I called the property owner and it was quick to be repaired. Mandy was very nice, and even checked back in with us to make sure it was fixed. The actual property was pretty good, but the check in / check out is a disaster. Worst ever. You stand in one long line, then they tell you that you need to go to another desk, and no one is there. It's a mess. That was the only really bad part. Bars and pools looked nice, didn't get to enjoy.

Our stay

The cleanliness of the place was not great it had a horrible smell, so we had to buy cleaner and clean and spray everything down. Beds are a bit small and hard. Hot water was a big problem. Unless I let it run for 30 min or longer, it was not hot at all to shower. I tried not to bother the owner because there was really nothing they could do. We have stayed at these vrbos for years and never had such problems. The cleaning supplies such as broom and vacuum are horrible and no dustpan. Small bug issue behind the stove we sprayed for them and didn't see them again but enough to make you a little uncomfortable at first so we did not leave food out on the counter at all

I'm sorry we were not able to give you a 5 star experience that we always strive for. We do have a great cleaning crew that normally does an amazing job, but apperently fell short for your stay. I wish you would have contacted us about the cleaning. We would have sent the cleaning crew right up to your room to address any missed items as having a clean place is of most importance to us. With reguard to hot water, there was an issue with the boiler room generating hot water which thankfully has been fixed. I'm sorry it had to happen during your stay. Thank you again for your stay and we hope that you had safe travels home!
