Condo on a Golf Course, 5 Minute Walk to Private Beach

This lovely first floor Condo with beautiful views is your perfect beach getaway, be it with family, friends or just your significant other. Sand Piper Cove is a 24 hour guarded and gated residential style resort on 43 Acres, with amenities like private beach access, 5 pools (2 heated), hot tubs, tennis courts, pickle ball, 9 hole golf course, bocci ball, shuffle board and fine dining on location. You can walk to the beach in about 5 minutes or to Louisiana Lagniappe Restaurant in 2 minutes.
The Condo was recently renovated and the patio opens up to hole 7 of the golf course with a lush green view. It’s also a few feet from the canal where fishing is an attraction. The condo is furnished with a king size bed, a sofa bed in the living/family room, 2 bunk beds (30” x 70 “). It is professionally cleaned and will be set up for you to feel at home during your stay here. Its one of the best 1 BR condo’s when it comes to the view and access to everything around. There are golf clubs and balls for you to use during your visit if you want to avoid carrying your gear. No stairs to climb, CBL+Netflix, professionally cleaned to make you feel at home. Enjoy!

Great location, comfortable. Use of golf clubs and beach chairs appreciated. Shabby kitchen, broken window, and blinds, but overall a good stay.

Wonderful winter getaway

Nicely maintained, well equipped kitchen and all the linens, soaps, detergent etc provided. Bright and cheerful unit with nice golf course view. A highlight of our trip was the casual but organized golf each morning and afternoon. The group was very friendly and welcomed new people. This is a nice pitch and put course

Okay stay

The condo was clean and cute however, we encountered roaches our entire stay even after maintenance sprayed. Looks like the place just needs new insulation. Other than that it was good. Great location, we love sandpiper cove.

Anniversary Trip

Lovely condo with everything you need. The host really put a lot of thought into their guests needs. We were welcomed with a cute basket of goodies. The keyless entry was great! No keys to drag to the pool or beach. In the kitchen there was a nicely stocked coffee bar and in the bathroom was a very convenient shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser. We also loved that the condo had no carpet in it making it very easy to sweep up any sand we brought back from the beach.

Condo was very clean and just as described

Josh was accommodating and very easy to communicate with. The condo was exactly as described through the listing, and you can tell the owner goes above and beyond to provide a good experience for guests. I would highly recommend this condo for a couple or a small family.

This place was nice, clean, and comfortable. Good location with an amazing restaurant on site. Would only recommend two people unless traveling with small children. Host was very accommodating!

Great Location! Love the accessibility to the beach, the golf course and all the local places in Destin! We have visited Destin earlier during the peak season and could not find a parking spot at any of the local beaches. when we had the opportunity to buy a condo, we looked around and found this to be a perfect place to get around and also enjoy the beach.
