This unit offers FREE beach service! During the season (March 1- October 31) you will get 2 beach chairs (with leg rests) and an umbrella set up on the beach. This is a $50 per day value!

The master suite offers a queen bed, a private en suite bath, a private deck, and picturesque pond views. The second bedroom includes a king bed with easy access to a full bath. Upstairs, the loft area is perfect for families or groups, providing two full-size beds, two twin beds, and a third full bathroom. For added convenience, the villa is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, a decorative fireplace in the living room, and parking directly at the villa for easy access.

Outdoor living is a true highlight at Villa 9, with both upper and lower decks overlooking the tranquil pond—ideal spaces for outdoor dining or simply unwinding. Beach service is included with your stay, featuring two chairs and an umbrella set up for you at the beach, along with extra beach chairs available inside the villa.

-This condo is on the first floor; however, please note that there are 2 stair steps required to access the unit. There is no elevator available.

-If the primary guest will not be present at check-in, at least one guest must be 25 years old or older to check-in. Please inform your host in advance so we can notify the gate and ensure proper access for your group.
-Each condominium is allocated only two parking spaces and two parking passes per unit. There is no assigned parking.
-To secure a boat dock space, please visit the Sandpiper Cove website and submit a request. Please note that there is a fee for renting dock space. Please be aware that trailers or boats cannot be parked inside Sandpiper Cove. For trailer, boat, or jet ski parking arrangements, we recommend contacting facilities in the Destin, FL area.
-Sandpiper Cove is gated with 24 hour Security Guards for your protection.
-NO SMOKING OR PETS ARE PERMITTED inside the condo or on the balcony. Any violations will result in charges, automatic eviction, and forfeiture of refund.
