This upgraded 3BR/2BA condo on the third floor features a deck with serene wooded views and access to an array of on-site amenities.

Natural pine decor, vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, and modern alpine décor give make the space cozy and inviting. Your family or group of friends will feel right at home on your next skiing or hiking vacation.

You’re just a quick walk to the Quicksilver Chairlift (2 blocks away) and all that downtown Breckenridge has to offer. Explore the boutiques and galleries or dine at one of the many celebrated restaurants.

ABOUT THE CONDO

After an exhilarating day of outdoor activities, stretch out in the living room on the sofa and love seat. Warm up in front of the wood-burning fireplace. (Firewood and kindling are provided). Chat about your day on the slopes or watch a movie on the 50” flat screen TV.

The well-equipped kitchen is open to the living room and features pine cabinetry. Pick up ingredients for a hearty meal or grab a beer and relax at the bar with seating for four.

Head out to the deck to enjoy serene wooded views and fresh pine-scented air.

The comfortable master suite offers a queen-size bed, 32” flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom is decorated with a queen bed and a 32” flat screen TV. The nearby bathroom also features a tub/shower combination.

Upstairs, you’ll find a loft-style bedroom with vaulted ceilings and a queen-size bed.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and an on-site coin-operated laundry room. Unreserved parking is available for up to two vehicles.

This unit is on the third floor of the building and is only accessible via stairs. There is no elevator.

THE LOCATION

As a guest of the Motherlode Condominiums, you’ll have access to resort amenities, including the heated Columbine Pool, four hot tubs, and a sauna as well as indoor showers and lockers. Opening and closing dates vary by season, and hours shift accordingly—typically 10 AM–8 PM in summer/fall and 12 PM–8 PM in spring/winter. For the most up-to-date schedule, please contact Woodwinds (Pool Managers).

To get into town or to the ski area, follow the path through the trees. You’re a quick walk to the Quicksilver Chairlift and all that downtown Breckenridge has to offer.

Explore the boutiques and galleries, or dine at one of the many restaurants. Check out the Breckenridge Brewery & Pub for local beers and hearty fare. For breakfast or brunch, try the Blue Moose Restaurant, and for pizza, head over to Michael’s Italian -- all are less than a 15-minute walk away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Location!

Awesome location, easy 7 minute walk to Quicksilver chairlift and 5 minute walk to Main Street. Appreciated the cleanliness and size of the bedrooms and bathrooms. We will return!

Cute and cozy, close to everything

I stayed at this property with two friends for a getaway weekend. It was exactly what we were looking for - cozy spaces to hang around and chat, a fully functional kitchen, and an easy walk to Main Street.

Good place, 10-15 walk to lifts. Microwave handle was broken and difficult to open. I would stay here again. Beds were a 6 out of 10.

Family

The condo was better than we expected based on the reviews. Just a few minor things I would change. With 6 family members we didn’t have enough seating for eating or enjoying a movie. The toilet in the master is tricky when flushing. Would be nice to have a broom and dustpan to sweep. There is no patio furniture to sit and enjoy the view. Overall we picked a good condo. So close to everything! Loved our stay.

Great location - would be 5* with a few easy fixes

Great location and a quick walk to the slopes. The wrong key code was provided so we had to call Vacasa to get the right code after a long day of driving. Also, one shower only had ice cold water for all of our trip so we were forced to share one shower between 5 people. The property management team was not responsive and didn’t follow through on coming over in a timely manner. On top of it all, they had previous knowledge of the hot water issue and neglected to have it fixed before we arrived.

Nice property - terrible property management

The property itself was fine; however, we had a weeklong problem with the Vacasa property management organization concerning the firewood for the fireplace. The listing clearly stated that firewood was available/provided, which was a consideration when we booked the property. However, Vacasa told us that was not true, and continued to deny it until I sent them a screenshot of the listing. Then we were told that firewood was actually there - until I sent them a photo showing that it was not. This conversation repeated daily. We were finally told there was an "ETA" for delivery of the wood, but no one would give us the actual date/time and stopped responding. IMPOSSIBLE to contact anyone on the phone- all communication through text. TERRIBLE property management. If I were the owner, I would fire Vacasa (I actually own a rental property listed on VRBO, so I deal with property managers).
