With spectacular views of Canyon Lake, this is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway, a change of scenery for virtual schooling, or a family vacation. The expansive deck is perfect for BBQs with boat views or morning coffee while deer graze nearby.

Has lots of potential

This home has great potential. The owners have filled the home with new and comfortable furniture and decorated it nicely. The home was well stocked and it is obvious the owners have tried to make it a comfortable place to stay. I've been renting homes through this website for more than 10 years and have never written a negative review but I think it's important that the owners know that an unclean home is not acceptable and if they are using a cleaning company they need to switch. The kitchen counters were filthy and the master bedroom sheets did not appear to be clean so I stripped them to wash them and found that the comforter had what I hope was food on the underside of it. The bathrooms were clean so it appears an effort had been made to clean the residence but not completely. It is nice home with a great view.

I am really sorry to hear:( the booking before yours stole ALL our blankets and your booking was a turnover also we where told by neighbors that they had there dog on our roof and when I did inspection on the home they had put there 100lb dog on the Top Bunk Bed / Broke the bed. I did not want cancel your booking so I went furniture store had my guys assemble a new bed also we had to have a cleaning crew come and spray the whole yard and patio before/after each dog booking to make sure its completely sanitized

Fabulous Getaway

This home was perfect for our very laid back bachelorette trip! The porch was perfect for breakfast and coffee in the morning and dinner and drinks in the evening! The beds were incredibly comfortable! The house slept everyone perfectly!

Great home and location!

This home was lovely with plenty of space for two adults and two dogs. Beautiful views of the lake from both balconies. Very clean and well stocked. Location was perfect as it’s only 30 minutes from either Wimberley, San Marcos or new Braunfels. Would definitely recommend!

Home away from home

I can’t say enough amazing things about our stay at this lake house. First, the price was so reasonable. When we arrived there were some Amazon packages there. I had brought my 2 dogs. I messaged the owner and he stated those packages were actually for my dogs. He got them dog bowls (thankfully bc I actually forgot there’s at home) and some treats. He didn’t have to do that but if anyone knows me, you treat my dogs right and you win with me. The beds were so comfy and warm. Brand new sheets and the place was so welcoming. The back porch was just stunning and the view was amazing. He had fire wood for us incase we wanted to do a wood fire but the back porch had the propane one too. So many comfy places to sit and relax and take it all in. He had wine for us incase we wanted to open a bottle. I can’t wait to book again. We are already looking at week long trip here in the summer.
