Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The townhouse is right on the beach, which was wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped and the home had what we needed for our stay. We were within walking distance for shopping, restaurants, and mini golf.The furniture had seen better days. The townhouse next to us had a dog and unfortunately, they were not picking up after the dog very often, so there was a smell as we excited the townhouse and upon our return.Otherwise, we would recommend this townhouse for a large group.

Entry door inside handle came B off B towel rack came off the wall and shower rod came out of wall called maintenance to fix the issues and came out but did not properly fix the problem in the unit.

We stayed here back in November (I keep forgetting to write a review). The location was great. There was a lot of black mold in the bedrooms that we tried to address with the owner but keeps getting sent in circles. We still have not been contacted about how to rectify our experience.

Better than anticipated

Loved the location and beach access. When we arrived the code to the door lock didn't work and required a call for a new code. We had multiple issues with the lock pad and had to call back to receive the combination in order to access the key; would have been nice to receive the combination at the beginning to have as a backup to prevent having to make multiple calls. Overall, everything was better than expected, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again!

The house was well equipped. The short walk to the beach was great. Upon arrival the key code did not work. The house was dirty. The office sent a cleaner but we had already cleaned ourselves. The lock was finally fixed the day before we left. The office did what they could to help but the place really needed a deep cleaning.

Beat up!

Would have never rented this dump. screens were broken, fans in the bedrooms were very noisy could not use them. sliding screen doors did not work that and actually fell off the track. Would be ashamed to rent this out if I owned it.

Disappointing

We’ve stayed in a number of units at Beach place north over the years. Very disappointed with the cleanliness of this unit and the number of things that did not work. Shower and dishwasher were broken. Reported it to Vacasa and was told someone would come. They didn’t until our last day and only looked at shower and unsuccessfully attempted to fix it. We made the best of our vacation but will not be back to this unit or Vacasa. Too costly for such poor quality.

Dirty and broken

Everything was really dirty and everything was a bit broken. The washing machine had mold all over it and was unusable. The bathroom tub had mold all over it. I had to bleach it so it was safe to bathe my baby. The air ducts has dust all over the ceilings and the entire place had a musty smell. I suspect the vents have never been cleaned and mold is growing all throughout the house. The doors were rusty and hard to open/close. They repaired the doors haphazardly.

Dingy Beachfront property

There were a lot of things wrong with this place. Needed an update, clogged drains in both bathrooms,nails sticking up on top deck, chairs broken on 2nd deck, steps off of back porch to get to the beach were horrible, light bulbs burned out all over,(never replaced) the vacuum left in the living room was filled WITH GLASS.when i went to use it. 4 piles fell out. ( I have pictures) beds creaked, air conditioner filters were clogged making it so hot in room (we took out), metal vent in 1st floor bathroom was rusted There were no sheets put on the king bed. The sliding door out the back porch was SO hard to open and close. All of these complaints were called in but only a few were taken care of. I know it was Ocean front and enough rooms for our family BUT it was NOT WORTH THE MONEY WE SPENT. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS Beach Place North #3 TO ANYONE! Please respond! We were very upset!

Great Location w/ Great Views & Easy Access to Beach but Vacasa is a Lousy Property Manager!

Besides my complaints below we did enjoy our family vacation. We loved being right on the beach. Kitchen was pretty much fully stocked which was very helpful. Liked having an outdoor shower. The pool was open even though it was right after Labor Day. The bedrooms were spacious. The king size bed could be replace (was hard on the back). Vacasa was a joke. There was light bulbs that needed replaced and they living room sliding door was extremely hard for even the men to open. Lot's of dust that you can tell doesn't get cleaned all summer. The windows and glass lamp globes were in need of a good cleaning. Could hardly see out the glass doors. I know salt water gives everything a film but that's Vacasa's cleaners job. Under the sink the sponge holding tray was gross. Also under the sink was mice droppings that you could tell had been there for a while. There was lot's of broken glass under the kitchen table (so glad our crawling baby didn't find that). There was a wet rag and hand towel in the kitchen hutch. There was a rag down in the garbage disposal and one hanging on the glass sliding door handle. Again the cleaners are not doing there job and to think we paid extra for cleaning. ugh.... We texted Vacasa every single day of our vacation to come replace the burnt out bulbs and to fix the sliding door but no one showed up until less than 24 hours before we had to leave. The only reason they came I feel was because I threatened to give them a bad review.

Initially Disappointed.

Property was not cleaned. Vacuums did not work. Coffee pot did not work. Vertical blinds broken. Screen door off track and leaning against door. New vacuum and coffee pot were replaced quickly. Broken screen door was repaired during stay. Place needs a lot of TLC.

birthday weekend

Fabulous stay! Plenty of beds in the 4 bedrooms. One of the two bedrooms on the second floor has a king sized bed and the other has 2 queen beds. There is a bathroom in the hall in between them. On the third floor, one bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other has a bunkbed and another single bed. Also a hall bathroom in between. The sheets were clean, there were plenty of towels, and the beds were comfortable. The house is right on the beach - a beautiful large beach. We walked to minigolf, several nice restaurants, an escape room, and bowling. There was no driving necessary at all.
