Located just a few blocks from the Algonac Municipal boat launch and just minutes from multiple DNR boat launches, this apartment is the perfect location for fishermen and boaters! Also just minutes away from Algonac State Park and Harsens Island, outdoor enthusiasts and kayakers will find ample opportunities to explore both on land and on the water! Algonac is a short 10 minute drive south from historic Marine City, where you will find many excellent restaurants and one of a kind shops downtown.

This is an upstairs unit, and is accessable by outside stairs only. Please do not book if you are unable to comfortably walk up and down stairs!

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this unit features a large living room to relax in. The bedroom offers a queen sized bed, and there is a sleeping nook with a comfortable twin bed. This comfortably accomodates 3 adults.

The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you will need- microwave, kuerig, large refrigerator/freezer, toaster, dishes and cookware. There is a full bath with a shower. All linens and towels are provided. This unit does NOT have a washer/dryer. We offer a safe, no-contact stay for your safety and comfort. Pets are NOT allowed. No smoking.

Algonac is located at the southern end of the St. Clair river and offers a wide variety of opportunities to enjoy the water! Watch freighters pass by, take the ferry to Harsens Island, kayak, canoe, book a fishing charter, or bring your own boat. This rental is NOT waterfront, but is walking distance to the boat launch and riverside park. Perfect for fishermen!! We have 45 feet of parking for your vehicle and boat and can provide a plug in for your boat if needed.
