The property is a lower unit and located on a canal with all the amenities you need. The kitchen comes with everything to prepare meals, Keurig coffee pot, dishwasher, a covered porch on canal, fire pit, BBQ, place to dock a 10 to 22ft. boat. It’s within walking distance to town, establishments and Algonac State Park. There is also great fishing in the area and several fishing tournaments throughout the year. It’s within seconds from the St. Clair River and minutes from the St. Clair Flats, Lake St. Clair and Harsens Island. It's also a great place and area for family vacation or relaxing getaway!

I cant say enough great things about the house and the host. We forgot an expensive electric tooth brush and Jody was so kind to ship it back home to us. The location is perfect and the house is very nice inside and out. My 24ft pontoon fit perfectly at the dock. Some of the neighbors in the canal noticed us from the last time we were out and they are so friendly as well.

I loved this little spot on the canal! It was spotless, modern, and beautifully updated with everything I needed. The space felt fresh and well stocked, making my stay comfortable and easy. Peaceful setting and such a beautiful place overall. I would happily stay here again anytime!

Jody’s place is so beautiful, clean and very comfy. The only things I would add are maybe a full length mirror and an option for a dimmer light in the living room. It was perfect in every way and the bathroom shower was my favorite! I could’ve stayed in the shower all day! We will be back! Thank you!

House was absolutely perfect for myself and my 2 sons on our 2nd annual father sons fishing trip. The dock made it perfect to just take off and go fish the river first thing in the morning. Jody was very responsive to my questions. Would highly recommend.

Jody was such a great host!! The place was just what we needed! We docked our jet skis at the dock which was very convenient. The water was perfect. Absolutely loved it and we plan on staying there again next year for a trip!

Great place for a holiday weekend

Condo was nice. Everything seemed pretty new and updated. Beds were comfy. Bathroom was clean and new looking. The back porch was great to sit out and look at the canal. Right on the main street but did not hear traffic noise at all. Air conditioning was working very well in the extreme hot weekend.

This is a very nice property and it worked great for our boat and we enjoyed staying here. Some of the kitchen utensils could be replaced but otherwise a very nice unit.

Stay was great!!!! Everything list was just as listed BEAUTIFUL scenery from back porch Inside was very nice and clean- everthing there you need for extended stay JUST clothes and food all you need to bring Area was great and easy to find would definitely recommend to family and friends 😀 👍

Thoughtful accommodations

The property was exactly as shown online. An added bonus were all the thoughtful touches, like TVs in all the rooms and charging cords in the nightstands. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and this was the best in that regard. Thank you Jody!

Great getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Algonac and this property was perfect location and had all the amenities that made for a fun, relaxing week. We utilized the dock, had many fires and laughs around the firepit and the neighbors were helpful and friendly as was the owner. Definitely would stay again!
