We had a wonderful experience. We did have some issues with the door and checking in but their team was able to help us and somebody came within a timely manner, the neighborhood and location is excellent. The kids enjoyed riding the golf cart to the beach SO much. It was their favorite part of our entire trip. The home was clean, spacious, and affordable. The kids loved the pool and I love that the neighborhood also had a pool and a park for the kids to enjoy.

House and neighborhood were great. We have stayed in this neighborhood 6 times and awalys fantastic. Beach is close and community pool is always clean and nice.

Location and layout of the house were great! The house was mostly clean but beat up a little and kitchen sink REALLY needs to be replaced. We had the pool heated and it was awesome, and we used the golf cart to go to the beach and some of the restaurants and it was fun! The management company was great when we had questions. Overall, it was an excellent vacation and would say the house just needs a little ‘love’.

I am so impressed with the location of this property and the property itself it is in a great place to go via golf cart to many restaurants and the beautiful ocean I will certainly be rebooking this home for our next vacation

Beautiful home. Very comfortable and homey. Felt very safe in the gated community. Pictures of the house were before new outside paint/siding. Jacuzzi tub did not work. Pool was nice and warm. Listing insinuates that the golf cart is included but it is not. There are extra fees for several items or services.

Nice place and right by the beach

Great stay place is spacious and clean and is in a nice gated community. They have a quick response to any problems that you may have. In the center of it all and minutes from boardwalk. Will stay again.

Spring break

We really enjoyed the house and how close it was to everything. The internet had a few issues, but other than that it was perfect for our family. We all had enough space and were able to get plenty of time at the beach.

Had a wonderful time. The property was big and cozy. Golfcart is a must to the beach access. There are some things that need a little TLC but overall we were very satisfied with the property and had a wonderful time in Destin, Fl.

Destiny East Beach house

Overall property was nice just need some updating and extra cleaning. There were a few things/fixtures broken but overall nice property. I did love that a golf cart was included. This was very convenient to drive to the beach and stores that were short distance.

Needs to be exterminated for German roaches

The house had German roaches lots gross and microwave broken really paying 600 a night and have roaches

We wish we had known during your stay so that we could have addressed this issue before you left. Like all of our units, this one is on a regular pest control schedule. It is likely the roaches crawled in through an open door or window as they too, get hot in the summer. We will investigate at our next opportunity to make sure there is not an infestation. We hope that you enjoyed some time on our beautiful beaches and had a safe trip home.

Overall it was very nice and really enjoyed our stay..we only used the golf cart twice and both times it quit on us and luckily started again… we did notify Joy vacations and they were waiting on an answer from owners so we feel we shouldn’t have to pay for the golf carts and joy vacations said we wouldn’t have to…. The only other thing was the dish washer had an odor when I opened it ….I don’t use dishwashers so I never used it….otherwise it was great and I would definitely come back

Dirty

House was beautiful and in a great location. However after being there for only 5 minutes the bottom of our feet were black. Floors were not cleaned. Bathrooms were filthy. Both bath tubs had hair in them. Hair that was not ours. If I was the owner of the home I would highly recommend getting away from RealJoy vaca because it’s not the first time I have had cleanliness issues with them.
