The villa was huge with more than enough space to accommodate a group of 10 ladies. The location was great and more importantly the property manager Mano Kakkar was excellent!!!!! He was super responsive and helpful through the entire process. I would definitely recommend booking any property that he manages!

Fantastic Villa

The property was stunning and Manoj was super helpful and accommodated all our needs so that our stay was as hassle free as possible. The view from the pool desk is amazing and the space comfortably fit our group of 15. If you are visiting St. Maarten you have to stay at this property or one of the many properties managed by Manoj.

Absolutely stunning!

This property is amazing and was perfect for the 16 members of our family! The views are incredible, and pool was very refreshing to have during our stay. No pictures can even do this place justice, it’s absolutely stunning. The location is perfect. Our host Manoj was excellent and very responsive in helping us during our stay. We all highly recommend this property for an exceptional stay!

Great Bachelorette

Our group of 11 stayed in May 2023 for a bachelorette. The place was beautiful, property manager helped us plan so many things on our itinerary. Down to food, decorations and more. We had great communication and never felt out of touch during check in or check out. The pool was clean. The rooms were beautiful with so many having their own bathroom and balcony. The kitchen was amazing we had a chef come in to cook for one of our meals and the upstairs kitchen was amazingly organized and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

We were a group of 13, the Villa Kimon was a beautiful place, everyone had the own bedroom with private bathroom, very large kitchen for cooking in, large balcony areas with beautiful views. Manoj was very very helpful with questions and setting up excursions, restaurants ideas, he even came and meet us to help find our way to the Villa. He went way beyond to help us with our stay. Will definitely book with him anytime we come back to the island. Thank you again Manoj for all your help!!

Escape to beauty, Villa Kimon

We had a wonderful vacation in St Martin. The best decision when planning our trip was choosing Villa Kimon as our temporary home. And we really felt at home. The villa is beautiful in itself and wonderfully located. The thoughtfulness of amenities for residents, cleanliness, and technical equipment are at a very high level. Much of our best experience came from the property manager, mr. Manoj Kakkar, who proved to be very conscientious, very knowledgeable and very friendly. Thank a lot for the wonderful opportunity to escape from the dull cold New York November to the real pearl of St. Maarten, Villa Kimon!

Villa with great views and a great host

This is an absolutely beautiful villa, large enough to accommodate 15 or more people. This villa has amazing views of Little Bay from the terrace. It's a great party place if you decide to have a party on-site. But the best part about renting this villa is the host/concierge, Manoj. He was extremely helpful in planning our trip for each and every day, including airport trips, places to visit, restaurant recommendations, etc. When one of our guests fell sick, he personally went and picked up the medicines and delivered them. When we get back to Sint Maarten, we will definitely stay in one of the villas managed by Manoj.

Generations of family

This home is beautiful. So much So much space that we all had areas to spread out. The group would get together in the evenings to enjoy night swim. The outside shower was clean and had nice warm water. Manojo Kakkar was the most helpful concierge. He started to reach out to us early. While we were still n the US. Helped in setting up what ever was needed. We visited in July which is a hot month but with the ocean breeze it felt more comfortable than the Midwest at the same time. The beach directly across from the villa ended being the most favorite for our family. No1Sailing SXM was great.

⭐️Perfect Vacation Home⭐️

This home is perfect, especially for a large group. The master suites are large and well-appointed. Our children had their own rooms as well. Everything we needed for our large, family vacation in St Maarten. Our communication with Manoj with perfect. He set up so much for us from getting testing done so we could return to the USA as well as a private chef while we were in town. He also made sure we had everything we needed while we were in town. A wonderful experience!
