The space
Bed/Bath Set Up: Sleeps 16 (pack n play available).

Bedroom #1: (Second level) King Bed with Smart TV. Sleeps 2.
Bath #1: (Second level) Full bath (attached to master) with dual sinks, stand up shower, and bathtub). Sliding door opens to deck with seating area and stunning views.

Bedroom #2: (Second level) 2 Queen size beds with attached bath, Smart TV, Sleeps 4.
Bath #2: Attached full bath with full shower (no tub), & dual sinks.

Bedroom #3: (Downstairs) Two bunk beds (1 Trundle) with attached full bath, Smart TV . Can sleep up to 9 people.
Bath #3: Attached full bath with tub/shower combo, 1 sink.

Bedroom #4: (First level) Queen bed, Smart TV with attached full bath.
Bath #4: Attached full bath with tub/shower combo, 1 sink.

Bath #4.5: (First Level) Half bath no shower or tub, 1 sink. Attached to common area.

Entertainment room: (Detached Building) Get competitive in a match or two of your game of choice! The entertainment room is equipped with a billiards table, ping pong, and shuffleboard table! If you are not playing, have a seat and enjoy your favorite events on one of the big screen TV's!


Outdoor area:
Unwind outside on the estate's lavish backyard equipped for all your relaxation needs! Soak in the radiance of the Southern California sun hill lounging around! Take a dip in the pool or Hot tub. Have an epic outdoor BBQ with your loved ones.

Extra Amenities:
The Highest Speed Wi-Fi to help support all guests working remotely or distance learning.

Washer/Dryer on main level of home.




House Rules:
Disclaimer: By accepting this reservation, you are holding the owner harmless from any accidents or injury on the property, or any accidents or injury from hot tub/pool.

No children are to be left unattended in or by the pool at all times.

This is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings. Please be advised that the noise ordinance in this area is from 9pm-9am.

No music in backyard at all times. Again, this is a family friendly neighborhood and we have to respect those around us, music will echo to other neighbors yards and there will be a fine.

POOL/SPA
It is optional to heat the pool.
If you want the pool heated, we have a 3-day minimum.

There is an additional fee to heat the pool.
Prices vary depending on the time of year.
Oct-March: $150 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
April-May: $125 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
June and Sept: $100 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
July and Aug: $75 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
(you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's).

Please Note:
We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees.
Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions.
We can make an exception however it does cost more.

Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee.

PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE.
It will disable the system causing nothing to work.

Please note: It is common to see debris at times in the pool.
The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it.

Hot tub is available for guests at no additional charge.

Pool Vacuum must stay in the pool at all times. It may not be removed or disconnected whatsoever otherwise the pool equipment will get air and need to be replaced. Guests will be responsible for replacement if left unplugged or out of pool.

Pool Vacuum-Please Note:
Do not take the pool vacuum out of the pool (That includes part of the hose or the whole thing). Doing so will damage the pool equipment!!
If it happens, we may not be able to fix during your stay. This information is also in the house rules section. If the pool vacuum gets disconnected, please submerge under water to get out the air bubbles before you reconnect.

We are a smoke free home, this also includes the backyard. This includes vaping and marijuana.

We do not allow ANY parties at any time. Guests listed in the booking are the only guests permitted on the property at all times. NO additional guests permitted.

We do not allow any pets in the home due to severe allergies, this also includes any service or emotional support animals. Due to severe allergies we are unable to accommodate.

Green bins are only for landscaping. There is a $500 fine for throwing trash in the green bins or recycling bins.

Please note that this property has exterior cameras surrounding the property. Thank you.

Indoor Fireplaces are not operational

PLEASE NOTE:
There are a few days of the year that we don’t allow check -ins and check- outs. These specific dates are designated as pass through days.
