THE SETTING: 11 Gunnery Lane offers a peaceful Sea Pines setting with beautiful lagoon views and convenient access to the beach, bike paths, golf, dining, and everything else the resort has to offer. Spend the morning biking to the beach, return home for an afternoon around the private pool, and gather for dinner on the deck before settling into one of the home's many comfortable living spaces. The backyard's water view provides a relaxing backdrop throughout the day, while easy access to the nearby bike path makes exploring Sea Pines simple.

THIS HOME IS IDEAL FOR: Multi-generational families, multiple families vacationing together, couples traveling as a group, and friends looking for a spacious home with plenty to keep everyone entertained. SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDE: Sleeps 12 guests comfortably. 3 Kings // 1 Queen // Bunk bed & futon. The home's flexible five-bedroom layout is particularly well suited for families and multi-generational groups. On the main level, the spacious primary suite features a king bed and beautifully appointed ensuite bathroom, while a queen guest bedroom also offers its own private bath. Upstairs, a second primary suite provides additional private accommodations, while the family suite includes a king bed, an adjoining gaming room with daybed and trundle, and a separate bunk room with full and twin beds and its own ensuite bathroom. FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN: The open kitchen is exceptionally equipped for feeding a full house, with everything needed for casual breakfasts, beach lunches, and dinners together. A fabulous adjoining bar area with ice maker and wine refrigerator adds even more space for drinks and entertaining, while a second refrigerator in the garage provides valuable extra storage for larger groups.

PETS: Well-behaved dogs are welcome with a pet fee of $350. Labradors and other oily-coated breeds are not permitted. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated whenever left unattended. Please inquire with any questions regarding your dog prior to booking.

VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS: Denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook-ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Approximately a 12 to 15-minute walk or five- to seven-minute bike ride to the beach. During peak season, complimentary Sea Pines Beach Trolleys transport guests from designated parking areas to the Sea Pines Beach Club. From the day after Labor Day through mid-March, overnight guests may park directly at the Beach Club.

POOL HEAT: The private pool may be heated electrically for an additional fee of $150 for the first day and $50 for each additional day during March through May and September through November. Electric pool heat is economical but may be less effective during the coldest months of the year. Pool heat fees are non-taxable and non-refundable.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations made thirty (30) days or fewer prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time of booking. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, a deposit of 25% of the total reservation amount, along with the full travel insurance premium if selected, is due when the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservation policies may differ; please inquire for details. Guests may cancel up to thirty-one (31) days before arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made between fourteen (14) and thirty (30) days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. Reservations become non-cancelable and non-refundable beginning thirteen (13) days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
