The Space:

Heated pool & waterfront terrace – perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
Outdoor BBQ & dining area to enjoy al fresco meals with a view.
Sonos sound system throughout the villa for an immersive audio experience.
Fully furnished & stocked with high-quality linens, towels, and essentials.
Smart TVs in every room (5 total) with access to Netflix and other apps, including a 75” TV in the living room.
High-speed WiFi to stay connected.
Welcome amenities: welcome amenity, shower gel, and original Nespresso capsules for your first day.
Regular maintenance services:
The pool is cleaned weekly (typically Wednesdays, midday).
Landscaping every two weeks (usually in the morning).
Additional housekeeping available upon request (extra fee).
A mid-stay cleaning is required for stays over 7 days to maintain the villa’s pristine condition.

Great house with an amazing view!

This home was perfect for our family vacay. The view was amazing and the outside area was very comfortable with a variety of sitting options. We ate dinners outside on the patio table and had our morning coffee around the pool or in the chairs on the dock. Easy check-in and check-out process and the house was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and will be renting this home again!

We throughly enjoyed everything about this home! Great quiet neighborhood and you are 20 minutes from Miami Beach or downtown Miami. Very comfortable beds, furniture and had everything we needed during our stay. Enjoyed the pool and the view. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Relax on the Island

This is how you vacation!! This beautiful property was perfect to celebrate my husband's 50th with a few friends. Only 20 minutes away from everything... We woke up each morning to coffee by the water, located on an island. The neighborhood is quiet and tranquil, people are nice, property managers are very responsive and attentive. Pricey, but worth it

A Slice of Paradise with the Best Bayfront View!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the "Best Bayfront View with Heated Pool" property and let us tell you, it was an absolute dream come true. From start to finish, every moment of our stay was filled with awe and relaxation. The highlight of this property is undoubtedly the breathtaking Bayfront view. Waking up every morning to the glistening waters, boats passing by, and the sun rising over the horizon was an experience beyond words. The large windows in the living area and master bedroom perfectly frame this mesmerizing view, creating a seamless connection between the indoors and outdoors. The interior of the property was immaculate and tastefully designed. It was evident that the owners put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere. The open-concept layout allowed for easy interaction between the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances and everything we needed to whip up some delicious meals when we weren't dining at the local restaurants. The bedrooms were cozy and provided a great night's sleep. The master bedroom not only had a comfortable bed but also those incredible Bayfront views I can't stop raving about. The en-suite bathroom was spacious and well-appointed, complete with all the amenities we required. The property management team deserves a shoutout as well. They were responsive, accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. We'll be back!
