The lakeside cabin was perfect for our family and was convenient to our daughter's wedding venue. The large master suite downstairs offered peaceful privacy while the 3 upstairs bedrooms were perfect for our adult kids. The cabin was cozy, well appointed and the large fenced yard was a bonus for our pup. We enjoyed our stay at Holly Hill!

A much-needed getaway with my family. The fenced-in yard was absolutely perfect for our dogs. The most used place in the house was the wonderful porch, considering it rained all weekend!

Wonderful lake house! We had an awesome stay! We enjoyed the beautiful views and peaceful setting. The kayaking was so much fun. Our fur babies loved the big fenced yard. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The place had EVERTHING we needed! Our little maltipoo loved the fenced in back yard and so did we! We didn't have to worry about her at all! Cindy even provided poop bags in her doggie basket! Lol Everyone loved the kayaks and being able to fish right off our dock. The beds were so comfortable and the master shower was awesome! The view of the lake from our back porch was divine! We had absolutely no problems with anything! Make sure you try Toucan's Restaurant only 17 minutes away and Sunrise Cafe, food and atmosphere were great! Thank you Cindy for thinking of everything to make our stay great!

A storybook setting close to the city! We stayed the weekend with our 2 dogs to be close to my son’s wedding venue. It was the perfect place for calm throughout the wedding weekend. Beautiful setting, large dog friendly, CLEAN, and just perfect! Owner was super friendly and worked with our requests. Would go again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely magical! This little slice of heaven exceeded our expectations. The owners, who also manage the property, are incredibly responsive, warm, kind, and genuinely hospitable. The home is immaculate, cozy, and welcoming. Everything is neat and thoughtfully maintained, yet it feels like staying at dear friends’ home. And despite welcoming dogs, it is spic-and-span and smells fresh as a daisy!The backyard is extraordinary! Huge, beautiful trees, room to roam, and a gorgeous lakefront setting made it paradise for our dogs who loved running and zigzagging joyfully between the trees. Our youngest pup enjoyed her very first kayak ride here! We loved paddling around the lake, and the stars at night were AMAZING.The property offers wonderful privacy and space without feeling isolated. The surrounding community and neighbors were so friendly. We also picked up breakfast from Citrus the Diner twice because it was THAT good!We came to relax with dear family and our dogs and left feeling blessed, refreshed, and grateful for memories we’ll treasure. We truly hope to return. Five stars all the way—worth every penny! Thank you for sharing this magical place with us!

Absolutely lovely stay! Perfect place to spend time with friends and family. Very spacious, beautiful atmosphere, and the hosts were very thoughtful on amenities. 100% will stay again when coming to town!

Enjoyed staying here for 4 nights. The home and lake view were great. The home was very clean upon arrival and had a well equipped kitchen as well as numerous beach towels and linens. Internet access password was provided and lots of TVs throughout with Roku. It was also a great property for our Golden retriever as the back yard was totally fenced in. A renters notebook provided lots of information on area restaurants and places to visit. A few nice restaurants and boat rental, Lake Effects, are only about 15 to 20 minutes from the property. A drive to Davidson historic area was about 35 minutes. We hoped to use the kyacks but a sloped rock bed exists along the water with no easy access for them. A rope perhaps tied to the front of each may have helped using them from the dock.

Perfectly peaceful and what a view!

Absolutely beautiful setting to relax and unwind. The house was quite comfortable and had everything we needed - and sitting on the front porch watching bald eagles, osprey and blue heron - felt like paradise!

Beautiful Thanksgiving Wknd

We have a lovely holiday stay. The house was cozy and comfortable. Everything we needed was available. I would absolutely recommend this property and would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the lake.
