Lovers Key Resort 404 is a larger luxury one-bedroom, one-bath fourth floor condo consisting of 900 square feet of living space. It sleeps a maximum of four persons and offers: Large plank flooring great room with sleeper-sofa and flat screen TV, fully equipped tiled kitchen, dining area, separate bedroom with king-size bed and in-room TV, spacious bathroom with separate soaking tub and shower, a balcony off the great room and floor to ceiling windows offering gorgeous views of Estero Bay.

Need additional space for family or friends? No problem. Rent the adjoining condo Unit 403. With the two units you can sleep eight. An exterior door in the hallway allows you to close off the hallway from the unit doors, giving you the option to leave both condo doors open while being fully secluded and securely locked in. A 10% discount applies to the rates when both units are rented together.

Due to its unique location nestled between Lovers Key State Park and Fort Myers Beach, you are afforded miles of secluded white sugar sand beach. Lovers Key Beach has been rated by the Travel Channel as one of the top 10 beaches in Florida. If you intend to visit some of the surrounding attractions of Southwest Florida, this location also provides the choice of exiting the area via the less traffic congested Bonita Springs rather than the northern route through Fort Myers Beach. The amenities of a luxurious high-rise resort greet you upon arrival, including luggage carts available at ground level to make your arrival and settling in a breeze. A spacious lobby and welcome desk are on this level, as well as a fitness room and community room with desk, computer and internet access. Lovers Key Resort offers a beautiful heated lagoon-style pool with waterfall and hot tub. There is a well-appointed 24-hour fitness center. Laundry facilities are located on the first floor and are credit card operated. There is also a coin-operated vending machine for laundry supplies and an ATM machine. In addition the resort is the home of Flippers, an award-winning waterfront restaurant on site! Kayak and jet ski rentals are available, as well as dolphin tours and sunset cruises around Estero Bay to the Gulf of Mexico. Condo amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided, and complimentary WiFi and cable TV.

At the entrance of the community, you'll also find a designated trolley pick-up area, clearly marked with a sign. Guests can enjoy the convenience of the trolley to explore various beach destinations. For the schedule and additional details, the on-site management company is available to assist.
