NEW LISTING! Waterfront 2 BR, 2 BA at River's Edge on Steinhatchee River with a dock and private boat slip with a spectacular VIEW of the river. Beautifully decorated and stocked with all the necessities you could possibly need. There is even a bait freezer in the storage room available for your use! There are 3 smart TV's - in the living room and both bedrooms and there is WiFi available to you as well. Exterior security cameras. The beds are super comfy and there are plenty of towels and beach towels for your use. The condo is also stocked with coffee, filters, creamer, sugar, sweet 'n low, salt, pepper, an assortment of spices, aluminum foil, and many other nice necessities that you won't need to run to the store to grab. Starter paper products and toiletries are also provided. You will absolutely love sitting on the balcony overlooking the Steinhatchee River and watch the fishing boats come in carrying their catch of the day into Sea Hag Marina - right across the river. If you don't bring a boat, but want to rent one or charter a fishing trip, you can do that at Sea Hag Marina. They have a whole fleet of rental boats and many charter captains, but be sure to book in advance. If you do bring your own boat, you have a private slip available to you that is 40' long and can accommodate a boat 10' wide. There is a fish cleaning table on the dock and also a private gazebo for the use of River's Edge Condo owners and guests. Take a dip in the pool after a day enjoying everything that Steinhatchee has to offer (fishing, boating, scalloping or just chillin'). You can bring your four legged friend (limit 2 dogs with a pet fee of $75 each doggie- but no cats allowed). The condo is pet friendly, but please use the dogdoo bags that are provided in the laundry room to clean up after your pet. This is a NO SMOKING condo, not even on the balcony. We absolutely love the Old Florida vibe and the friendly people in Steinhatchee, and we hope you enjoy your stay at our special slice of paradise, Steinhatchee Serenity.

We really enjoyed our 4-night stay. There were four adults in our group and we brought our boat with us. Having the boat launch right next to the condo and being able to keep our boat docked at the condo during our stay was very convenient.We came to Steinhatchee to scallop and had a great trip, limiting out all three days we went out. Being able to walk right out to the boat each morning made the trip that much easier.The condo is also conveniently located near several restaurants and marinas. Overall, it was a great setup for a boating and scalloping trip. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

This was our 4th year staying in the same unit. The view is amazing and I love to watch all the boats going into the Sea Hag. 2B has everything we need and more! Have a boat slip is so nice not having to launch the boat every day. Amazing and very helpful owners. I already booked this same unit for the 4th of July next year. Can’t wait! Also limited out every day on scallops. Best thing is my Bernedoodle gets to join us!

All in all the property was very nice… The docks were as advertised and all of the check-in and check out, etc. went smoothly. It was nice that they also had some things in the condo for guests that you don’t find in other places usually. It would be nice if the pool area were improved with more tables,chairs, umbrellas, a gazebo anything for some shade out there. But it was still nice to have access to a clean pool. All in all it was a nice day and we will definitely be back.

Perfect condo while in the area scalloping. The condo had everything we needed and the kids loved the pool. It is 10 minutes to the gulf by boat and the launch was so convenient.

We just recently purchased our condo because we absolutely love Steinhatchee and the super friendly people here! The area is laid back, has a lot of great restaurants and some of the best fishing and scalloping anywhere in the state. The location and the view is just spectacular and we hope you enjoy spending time in our little slice of paradise as much as we do. It truly is Steinhatchee Serenity!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

River's Edge is the perfect location because it has a boat ramp within walking distance, boat trailer parking across the street and parking right outside the front door. It is right on the river and you have spectacular views right off your balcony! It also has an elevator and a grassy area in the back for your fur babies, as long as they are on a leash. It just doesn't get any better than this! Oh, did I mention the fantastic restaurants in the area and Maddy's Market grocery store that is right around the corner with an Ice House to buy your bagged ice? Perfect!
