Waterfront house with dock, lift and hot tub

Escape the Winter in sunny south Florida. This home on the water has easy access to the St. Lucie river with a short cruise to the intracoastal and ocean through the St. Lucie inlet. Enjoy all the restaurants and shopping in the charming historic downtown Stuart.
This spacious home has all new furniture and beds. The family room has a 75" TV which stands on a table with an electric fireplace. Enjoy it for the ambiance or turn on the heat. The sofa is super cozy for movies when you pull out the extended cushions for your legs.
The master bedroom and bath are very large with two walk-in closets. The patio has a cabana bath next to the hot tub. You can enjoy the dock which has a boat lift. It can hold your boat if under 10,000lbs.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. It was spotlessly clean and hosts were very responsive to our needs. Well appointed and well stocked. There was not one thing we needed that wasn’t there. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. We had a hard time leaving!

Perfect place on the water

Our second stay - this house is in a nice neighborhood with water access and close to Stuart. Updated outside space with hot tub and plenty of room for our visiting friends and family to stay. We absolutely love this place!

A Perfect House

Once again, our stay was fantastic! The neighborhood is quiet but large enough to be interesting for our daily walks/bike rides. And you can't beat being on the canal to go out boating. Julia & Ken are the excellent hosts - they accommodated our frantic request to check in a day earlier so we could drive and beat the pending storms.

Palm City Waterfront

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful waterfront home. We live nearby and had to move out temporarily as we were having our home renovated. Ken & Julia were very accommodating when we had to extend our stay 2 times due to construction delays. Great home, great hosts, great view!

Great getaway

Came down with friends to escape the house Midwest winter for a month. Thoroughly enjoyed the house—especially the outdoor space and hot tub. The house was well stocked and a perfect size for two couples. Nice neighborhood for morning walks, close to golf courses, the beach, bars and restaurants.

Perfect House for Our Family and Boating Vacation

We spent four weeks at Julia & Ken's house, escaping the Northeast winter. We found the location to be perfect for us. We boated into Stuart, fished in the ocean and drove to Hutchinson Island for the beaches. We like to walk our dog or bike in the morning and the house is in a nice neighborhood for both. The house is very open and the primary bedroom side was nice and roomy for us. Already booked for next year!

Great house

Had a great time at palm city house.the house was located in a quiet and very nice neighborhood.lots of golf courses close by.house was very nice well stocked with everything you need.Julia was fantastic with check in.I had to come a day early there was no problem.I had a small problem with the air conditioning called her had it fixed first thing in the morning.i would definitely come back.
