The kitchen is well equipped for cooking your favorite meals and includes Frigidaire Gallery Series Appliances and granite countertops. There is a dining table area or stools to use at the open kitchen counter. The living room has a comfortable sectional and recliner to relax on and a new, 65” flat screen TV. Three covered porches offer lots of room to enjoy the serenity of this quiet island oasis. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom including a walk in shower with a relaxing shower panel tower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and large closet with the second bathroom adjacent to the guest bedroom. Both bedrooms include new flat screen tv’s and ceiling fans. A beautiful ocean front pool and private sandy beach await you, so grab a lounge chair and soak up the sun. There is a dedicated boat slip available for an additional fee- bring your boat and explore the waters around Key West’s many great water adventures (unfortunately, we do NOT have any trailer storage available on property). This spacious condo in a little-known neighborhood is both secluded and in close proximity to all the action on Duval. Duval Street and the Schooner Wharf areas are just 1.9 miles away. Take a stimulating walk or take a short bike ride into town.
