Roberta was great at communication and the apt was exactly as seen in the pictures. It needs updating but it is clean and comfortable. I enjoyed having my coffee on the balcony looking at the water and seeing dolphins jumping and pelicans diving for food in the water. We rented a golf cart which we had a designated spot and it was out of the sun. It was a great week and I would definately rent it again!

Rooms were clean and view is to die for. Hostess very quick to respond to messages. Plenty of room for 4 people. Quiet area but of course close to everything.I can’t say enough positive things about this place. I would definitely stay here again!

Property in nice location, with great pool and plenty of parking. Spacious condo with good laundry facilities and air con efficient albiet noisy in 2nd bedroom. Overall this was a tired looking property where shower in main en suite needs attention, curtains need replacing and kitchen requires an update. I can not say it was value for the money. The check in process could be made easier and no idea why we needed to photograph key cards on departure - what is the point??

Thank you for your review. I am not sure what you are saying about the ac in the second bedroom. The ac is located in the hallway. The kitchen is not original and has been updated. The reason behind the gate cards is that when you arrive you show that you have received the cards for your stay and then upon departure you also show that you are leaving them. The association charges $100 per lost card back to the owner. I do this to cover you as I have proof by your photos. The view is amazing as you enter the condo you see the Atlantic Ocean. The value of this condo on the market is $1.8 Million. Believe me not many get a view of the ocean in Key West.! The prices are good and the repeats are great.

the property was under construction and there was no elevator of which we did not find out until arrival. My husband is 77 years old and navigating the 3 stories was almost impossible. The reason we came was to enjoy the beach not have to struggle to get to our condo on the 3rd floor. We left early because of an illness. We were there 5 of the 10 day rental and received no refund or discount.

Toni you were given advance notice and also offered to move you to another location. I tried many times to reach you that you still owed money on your reservation and even called a vrbo rep who also tried to reach you. I cannot allow a check-in if reservation is not paid in full upon arrival. After that issue was resolved I paid $100 to my handyman to meet you to carry your bags up the stairs. Again you did not want to move.

I am sorry you did not like Ocean Vista. The living room and guest bedroom set has been recently upgraded. It also features two king beds which is rare. It is also located in the East building giving a direct ocean view. It has an excellent rating with over 164 total reviews. Scratching my head on this one.

Vacation in paradise

The condo was perfect!!! Close to everything yet far enough away to enjoy quiet evenings on the balcony. Pool was clean. Grounds are beautiful. We look forward to staying here next year!!
