Enjoy beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean while sitting on your private porch. Located in the scenic La Brisa complex, this two bedroom condo features a large open floor plan with amazing views. Air conditioning and ceiling fans located in every room. Amenities include a pool, hot tub and tennis courts. Just a few steps across the street in Smathers Beach which offers beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, kayaks and sailboats available for rent.

If you are looking for entertainment- only five minutes away is Duval Street which features entertainment for all ages. Only five minutes Key West International Airport.

Extra features include one covered parking spot, three televisions, WiFi included, Cable TV, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen.

NIce condo with access to all your needs on a break from work life. Very engaged Host. Close to some great low key eateries and grocery stores. I would recommend.

Wonderful condo

This condo is amazing and just as pictured. Great location right across the street from Smathers Beach. The condo is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and the patio large with lots of space to sit and enjoy the view!! The owner was great at communicating all necessary information and very prompt to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing views

The condo was wonderful! Right across from Smathers beach. We saw dolphins swimming daily. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Appreciated the bikes, but a couple were pretty rough . But we managed. Road everywhere. Condo close to Duval street. Great owner! Attentive and helpful. Easy to get in touch with! Would highly recommend

Feb Week in Key West

Everything was great! Only suggestion would be for better bikes (they are in pretty bad condition, but appreciated that they were included). Everything else was wonderful, the condo is very nice (and very clean), with a beautiful view, and good amenities, and David was an excellent host! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Birthday Getaway

We stayed at La Brisa to celebrate the birthdays of my husband and his brother. The views of Smathers beach were wonderful, it was refreshing to wake up to ocean air every day. The check in process was smoother than expected. Communication with the property owner was top notch. The beach across the street was extremely convenient! The property was clean and well maintained. We loved the accomodations, being able to see out to the ocean while in the kitchen, dining area, and living room was amazing. La Brisa will be on our list when we visit Key West again.

Excellent, we will stay everytime we come to Keywest. Love the view. Would not stay anywhere else.The owner was very helpful and got back to us quickly anytime we needed anything! The condo was quiet, and the others at the condo were quiet and thoughtful of everyone staying there!

60th birthday trip

Me with 3 friends for my 60th birthday. The condo was very clean, decorated with the whole key west vibe! Cool, breezy, and comfortable! We had the time of our lives! But next time i will stay longer! 1 week wasnt enough to do kw! Loved waking up to sunrise! Loved the balcony ocean air. The view, pics dont do it justice!

Wonderful experience

Communication with the owner was great. The view was great and everything was just as described. The place was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in and we’ve rented a lot of VRBO places.

KEY WEST / LA BRISA GET AWAY

The condo was in a perfect spot on the corner over looking the ocean. A fantastic patio that allowed for nice mornings watching the locals or other tourists walking, riding or driving by on golf carts and scooters. Covered parking for the Golf Cart which was very nice. Easy in and out with electric gates. Everything was updated and extremely clean. Plenty of room to spread out. Great Kitchen, Massive curved screen TV, A/C worked wonderfully, Extra fan plus ceiling fan in the bedroom. The entire place was perfect. Thank you, we will be back.

Best location with a view on the island.

The property was situated on the tip of Key West. It was clean, easy to get to and everyone was very friendly and helpful. You could tell the condo was loved by its owner. Everything was so neat, plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. We really had a wonderful time.

Fabulous Experience!!!!!

The owner was great! He had keys, remotes, bikes, beach chairs available for us to use!!! As we landed at the airport he texted us codes to get into gates and great directions for everything at the condo. Condo was clean and absolute loved the view of the ocean. I highly recommend staying here
