Renovated 3BR/3BA Cascade Village condo minutes from Purgatory Resort with stunning mountain views. Sleeps up to 10 (8 adults) and offers private balconies, high-speed Wi-Fi, covered parking, and exceptional resort amenities including an indoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center, and tennis courtsâperfect for year-round mountain adventures.
Clean, spacious, and well-appointed 3 bed/3 bath townhouse style condo with additional sleeping areas in the loft and living room. Wake up to the sun rising over gorgeous views of Engineer Mountain, Twilight Peaks, and the Needles Mountain Range. High speed internet access allows you to work remotely while enjoying the mountain views from most rooms of the condo, or from one of our 2 private balconies.
The resort is perfectly situated between Durango and Silverton along the Million Dollar Highway and less than 2 miles from Purgatory Resort. There are many year-round activities surrounding Cascade Village, including hiking trailheads. There is a well-priced ski equipment rental shop at the lodge, and Purgatory ski shuttle pick up right outside the parking garage. This allows you to avoid the hassles of parking and renting at Purgatory.
This renovated mountain home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests (8 adults) and is ideal for families or groups. The open-concept layout includes a fully equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, dedicated workspace, and Smart TVs throughout the unit.
The condo spans two stories with covered, semi-enclosed garage parking below. There is also a convenient main-level entrance from a seasonal loading/unloading alleyway, allowing you to unload directly onto the main floor (weather permitting).
Cascade Village is a peaceful mountain resort nestled in the San Juan National Forest and offers an exceptional selection of year-round community amenities.

-Open-concept living and dining area with fireplace and large Smart TV

Having a mountain home has always been a dream for us Texans. We are thrilled to share it with you. We have retained the best housekeeper in the area to ensure the unit is well maintained, exceptionally clean, and safe for all guests.
