The cutest home. We needed for nothing. Location was great, close to airport and stores. Felt like home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again & highly recommend. Loved the guest book, such a sweet touch.

We had a wonderful stay. It was a really nice bonus to have extra fluffy soft towels and blankets. This is a great property if you are looking for a central spot to enjoy Colorado Springs and all the surrounding tourist spots. It’s also a great property to enjoy family and friends because there’s plenty of room in the house and a wonderful covered and enclosed back porch back for hanging out. The master bedroom would be great for a family with small children because there’s enough room to put another big air bed in there or a playpen. The property manager had great communication and was easy to work with.

Everything was great, and the location was very convenient. Our only complaint is that the floors are very squeaky making it difficult to use the restroom or move anywhere throughout the house without waking others up.

Perfect place to stay in Colorado Springs

The house was perfect for our family. We didn’t spend much time there as we were visiting family. Check in was easy and directions to check out were easy! Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking ware and everything you need to make a delicious meal or grill out! The location was perfect for all our outings to Manitou Springs, Royal Gorge, and Cheyenne Mountian. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Colorado Springs!

his was a lovely home for my family during our trip to Colorado Springs. The house was cozy, inviting, spacious, and well-equipped with plenty of amenities. Our host was attentive and quick to respond to any questions or concerns.The location was excellent—close to many of the best outdoor attractions, adventures, restaurants, retail stores, and within walking distance to local community shops. My family enjoyed this home so much that they suggested we extend our stay and spend less time traveling to other parts of Colorado.We truly felt at home here and already plan to return for another stay in the near future!

The house was comfortable overall and had a nice amount of space inside. I especially appreciated the fans in the rooms and the cozy back porch area, it was a peaceful spot to relax. The location is a bit tucked away, and while the neighborhood felt a little rough at first glance, the house itself felt safe enough. A couple of small things to note: there wasnt any coffee provided, and we ran low on toilet paper pretty quickly, so a bit more attention to those basics would've made the stay smoother. Still, it was a good place to land during our trip.

For the most part this location was ok it did have some issues ! The internet didnt work well, hot water was hard to figure out in kitchen we found the dishwasher didnt work the fan in livingroom doesn't work & The king bed was very uncomfortable we could get comfortable so there for we left a day early we weren't getting sleep !

After sending out our technician to get the living room tv logged into the correct WiFi for you, we believed the issue was resolved, as it wasn't an issue with the internet itself. We could have absolutely sent someone out to check the dishwasher and living room fan, had we been made aware that you were having any issues. Again, we're so sorry to hear that you had any discomfort.

Great Location

Loved our stay here! Loved how each of us had our own space. The Master bedroom with 1/2 bath & access to back porch was perfect!! We spent a lot of time there at the end of our days. The grass had too many grasshoppers, so we stayed on the concrete. No biggie. We tried to play the go gator game, but found it broken. It needs replaced. Having the laundry room was a great plus! LOVED the shower, the best feature! Nice house, loved all the updates. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area. 2 minutes to Walmart & fast food. 20 mins to Garden of the Gods which is a must-see. Also Paint mines, about 40 mins away, definitely worth the drive! BEAUTIFUL!!
