Terrance was very quick to respond to my questions. The house was decorated very nice and plenty of space for our 5 guest. The location was a 5 minute walk to the T which made getting around Boston very convenient. Our flight left in the afternoon and the host was nice enough to let us keep our luggage down below after check out. Lots of stairs but definitely worth it. Thanks again Terrence for the beautiful place.

Amazing Roxbury place. Roomy, comfortable and beutifully appointed. The location is close with several options for transport. One car parking space allocated was rare and appreciated. Master bath is amazing with a true steam shower and jetted tub. My sisters and I enjoyed every minute in the home. Great downtown Boston views from upper or lower porch. Highly recommended. Lots of steps inside but worth the climb the the comfortable and nicely decorated bedrooms.

Double booked us

We showed up to other people occupying the property and the property manager was no help in finding us another place when he was the one that double booked us. We had to scramble to find at 8pm at night after driving 8 hours to get there.

Absolutely stunning home! Clean! Great location!

Myself, my husband, mother in law & 5 month old flew in for a quick 3 day trip. I literally can’t get over how absolutely beautiful this home is. Down to the last detail. And a just as beautiful view from top story bathroom. Extremely clean. Anything you could think of or need was there. Quiet neighborhood. Check in was simple & smooth. Same for check out instructions. The owner was very kind & responsive. Owner also provided a very detailed personal recommendations list in a binder with map. Which was very helpful & appreciated for our first time in Boston. We were there for appointments at Bostons Children’s Hospital & it was about a 12 minute uber ride. About a 20min uber ride to little Italy district and sea port. I would say if you have crawling or small children be mindful of the stairs. I was too distracted by how cool the home was to take the stairs into account lol but it wasn’t an issue for us & we would absolutely stay again!

Family Spring Break from the West Coast

What a perfect and unique home for home base for a Spring Break from the west coast. We brought 4 kids and there were ample bedrooms and sleeping space for each of them. The unique quality and style of the home (upper 3 floors of a 5 story home) provided a great experience. The master bedroom was extremely large and comfortable and the remodeled master bath offered great views. The only negative to the master bath was not all of the blinds were operable so there was concern about privacy with a neighboring window. We would highly recommend this home and it was very convenient to a T stop, or as a home base for driving adventures in the region.

Boston

Great long weekend in this lovely home. Our party of 6 (3 couples) enjoyed our visit despite frigid temps in Boston. It was nice to have dinner together at a dining room table, watch football from the large comfy sofa and just relax in this great property. All the bedrooms were lovely and beds comfortable. Our host was most gracious in stopping by to help with all the TV remotes! Communication was timely and professional from booking to check out.; very pleasant! Uber was easy and reasonable in and out of the city center and street parking was easily available as we had 3 vehicles. Enjoy Boston from this nice, immaculate home!
