*Access to the beach via the St. Regis project is restricted at this time. Areas have been roped off for your safety. If you need to access the beach, please do so by using one of the public beach accesses.

Guest Access:
Access is easy-breezy - NO KEYS TO LOSE! You will have your own unique access code good for the duration of your stay. No worries about going extra places to get keys or having to make beds on your own. Simply show up for your vacation, instant access, beds made - time to RELAX!

The Neighborhood:
Topsail Island is the perfect getaway. There's tons to do on those rainy days because you won't want to leave the beach on the sunny ones!
Beautiful Wilmington is a scant 40 miles to the south with plenty of things to do like Museums, Battleship North Carolina, Fort Fisher Aquarium & Restaurants! Perfect to check out on a rainy down-day.
Jacksonville is 20 miles to the north. We're close to LeJeune's south gate.

1) Beach access is currently available between Buildings 1 & 2 (please note the ramp is closed). Other access points remain closed for safety, but you’ll still enjoy beautiful ocean views and plenty of nearby activities.

The pool is a seasonal amenity.
Gym age limit is 16 years old.

• A Rental Agreement is required to be signed per North Carolina Chapter 42A Vacation Rental Act.
• Pool and Parking Passes are provided. Please note: A $35 replacement fee will apply for any lost or unreturned parking passes.
