Stunning 1BR Phoenix East - unit 1205 with beautiful gulf front view!!

Bright and fun is the best way to describe this cute vacation home! The living room is full of happy colors that will make you smile. The comfy sofa and two barrel chairs are great places to relax and enjoy the large, flat-screen TV after a fun day at the beach. There is even a desk and chair to catch up on sending post cards with "I wish you were here!" sentiments. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and dining in. It also includes granite counter tops, a side-by-side refrigerator and upgraded faucet. Two bright-colored wood stools at the bar are nice for extra seating. The fun continues in the dining area with tropical artwork, a glass-top table and four chairs with cushions. The master bedroom has the same colors slightly subdued for a more relaxing atmosphere. Kick back on the king-size bed and enjoy watching the wall-mounted flat-screen TV before drifting off to dream of sugar white sand and the sparkling Gulf waters. The bath has a tub/shower combination with a hand-held shower head. The balcony, with its cushion seats, is a perfect place to view a sunrise or sunset and catch the fishing boats moving in and out of Perdido Pass.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

4.5 out of 5 starsWe made a short stop in Orange Beach to check out the area and get a feel for the vibe — and it didn’t disappoint! The weather was perfect, and we loved walking the beach and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere.Our rental was wonderful — the ocean view was incredible, and we really enjoyed relaxing on the balcony. The unit itself was very clean and comfortable. The only reason we didn’t give a full five stars for cleanliness (it’s really more of a 4Âœ) is because the living room rugs are starting to show a little wear — the “white” has seen sunnier days. Other than that, everything was spotless and well maintained.We didn’t have time to use the pool or hot tub, but plenty of guests were clearly enjoying them. If you’re looking for a quiet, laid-back spot to unwind with great weather and gorgeous views, this is a perfect choice.
