Beautiful Ranch close to Sumter Landing and Cane Gardens Country Club

You will love the location, short distance to Sumter landing and Brownwood. Neighborhood pool is right around the corner. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened in private Lanai, Master bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen. If you have that extra guest there is a special Chest type queen size Murphy bed, in the 3rd bedroom. judy 262-391-9869 is always available to answer any questions or concerns . Golf cart Doors on the golf cart are a plus , and the great lithium batteries go for 50 miles before a recharge. PLEASE unplug from wall before plugging into cart. Then put plug in wall. Cane Garden Country club championship course and country club just 5 min down the street. Temporary resident ID's are available for 2 travelers that will give you access to all the facilities and allow you to reserve tee times. The cost is $50 payable to The Villages when you pick them up. I will need names, address,and phone numbers to be able to order them.

Wonderful place to stay.

Well kept property. Pictures are accurate to actual house. Plenty of linens and kitchen supplies were abundant. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Could not have asked for nicer stay.

Judy was very gracious with our first VRBO rental and ALL the questions we fired at her! The house is beautiful, and centrally located in The Villages. Look forward to possibly staying here again! Nice quiet neighborhood.

Great communication with Judy. The house was very clean and is located in a convenient area of the villages. With a pool across the street we couldn’t ask for more! The golf cart was an added bonus! Definitely will be returning!!

Great House!

The house was very clean and beautiful. Spoke with the owner and Rita, communication was great. The golf cart was wonderful, loved that it was electric. No gas smell and it rode very quiet. The only issue we had was the door code, had a little difficulty with the pad the 0 you had to jiggle a little for it to work. Owner notified. Definitely would stay here again!!!

Great location, clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies.

We had a difficult time with the TV. I believe it may have been Xfinity changing something regarding the log in. Someone came to fix it. The golf cart was another issue. When we first arrived the yellow warning light was on so we didn’t feel comfortable driving it. We charged it over night but the battery level light never lit up to see how much charge was available. Come to find out the light does not work. We did not feel safe to drive this golf cart without knowing how much charge was left on the battery.Unfortunately we did not use the golf cart much because of the concern of getting stuck.

Perfect location

Very close to Sumpter Landing and 2 other town squares are golf cart drivable. Walking distance to pool, pickle ball, tennis and outdoor games as well as Cane Garden restaurant. Golf courses everywhere. Very comfortable accommodations. Pocket door closes off the hallway providing extra privacy for spare bedroom. We loved that condiments and cleaning supplies are not disposed of after each group. Saved us money and time! Beds were very comfortable! We have 2 recommendations. 1 Put room darkening shades in bedrooms. 2 Tell renters to check the golf cart battery charge when they check in. We headed out and had to return quickly to recharge. After that, the battery lasted a long time.

Do not rent from this owner

First problem we had was when the golf cart stopped working. I spoke with the owner about the broken cart and she said she would have someone come out the next day. I asked if there was compensation about the cart not working and she said no. We got the cart working but missed out on using it for 2 days. The owner told me I was unreasonable for wanting compensation, even though we rented the house with the use of the golf cart. 12 days after we left the house we received a notice from Vrbo stating the owner is charging us $500 for a missing door on the golf cart. It’s very suspicious that she’s waiting 12 days to charge us for a missing door. There’s been 12 days where other people could have access to that house and that golf cart and we left it and the house in perfect condition. We would never rent from her again.

Lovely, spacious home in quiet neighborhood. Great value.

We have stayed in rentals in The Villages many times as we like to visit friends who live there at least once a year. We try to find a rental near them if possible, and this one was not. That is the reason for the 4 stars. However, it was a nice neighborhood; in fact, the next door neighbor, seeing us going in , introduced herself and told us if we needed anything to just come and ask. That was lovely. Also, it was within just a couple of blocks to the neighborhood pool, which my husband accessed via the provided golf cart. A big plus for my husband was the 2-car garage. So many of the rentals have a 1 1/2 car garage for a car and the golf cart. But, it can be difficult to maneuver in and out of the garage if one has a larger car, which we do. This larger garage made it much easier. The rooms in the home were very comfortable, with very nice recliners in the living room and a comfortable king bed in the primary bedroom. All in all, a great stay!

I love The Villages, I have been there since 2004. Watching it grow was just amazing.I have met so many wonderful people. I learned to golf a few years ago and just got my first hole in one:-) granted it was on a short course, but it was fun to get. I hope you enjoy your time here, as much as I do.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I chose this neighborhood because it is very close to neighborhood pool and Country club, and Sumter landing. Cane gardens has a championship golf course and really nice restaurant.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

When I buy homes, I make sure there is either a view or wall behind so my guests have some privacy. This home has a nice size yard, view is open to a end unit of a villa, so very private.
