This was definitely a budget friendly option for the great location. This tiny apartment is walking distance to the Eiffel Tower as well as many nice restaurants and cafes. Most importantly, easy to walk to the Metro.
The bathroom is very small, but it was clean and functional. If you go during warm months, just be aware the AC is a "swamp cooler" that is very loud. Not a complaint, just want to point it out as many Americans expect central AC.
The kitchenette is also very small but it was nice to have the fridge and coffee/tea.
Again, not a complaint, just pointing it out - the street is not a very busy one but ANY noise from the street is very loud and any noise from neighboring apartments can be heard in your unit. This is an old building with thin walls and echoes and sound carries a lot. My point, if you need quiet, you may want to opt for a modern hotel.
The hosts were great with communication and we were able to check in and out with no problem. Loved our stay :)
