Enjoy resort living, Fairway Villa I33, in this two-bedroom, two-bathroom plus a loft townhome. Enjoy the upgraded appliances, central air conditioning, and the lanai that views the golf course at Waikoloa Beach. Relax by the pool and use the gas grills.
Upon entry, you notice the open layout of this townhome. The kitchen flows to the living area, and your sliding doors open to a private lanai where you can look right out onto a golf course at Waikoloa Beach.

The kitchen has granite countertops with upgraded appliances. Keep the chef company by relaxing on the bar stools with a tropical drink. The dining area has a sit-down table and a beautiful chandelier. The high cathedral ceilings give you an open feel to the layout.
Relax in the living room on the cozy couch and watch a show on the smart television or read a book. You will love the lanai where you can watch the golfers golf and enjoy a cup of Kona Coffee in the morning.

The primary suite is located off the living room with a California king bed and smart television. Plenty of space to unpack your things in the chested drawers or walk-in closet in the bathroom. Soak up the resort feeling and enjoy the soaking tub or walk-in shower. There are double vanities and a separate toilet room as well.

The guest room downstairs has a queen-size bed and a lovely Hawaii feel. Unpack in the closet or chested drawers. Relax and watch a show on the smart television. The guest bathroom is in the hallway and has a shower, bathtub combo.

The loft, which you can access from a spiral staircase, has two twin beds and a desk—a great space to chill and watch a series on the smart television.

Soak up the resort feel and enjoy the amenities of the infinity pool, hot tub, new fitness equipment in the recreation area, and gas BBQ grills. Enjoy being close to world-class beaches, dining, and more.

Excellent location in Waikoloa

Located right behind Kings, walking distance to everything waikoloa has to offer and short drive from all of Kohala coast. The unit is great, and plenty big for our group of 6.

Wish we could’ve stayed longer

We enjoyed the unit for 4 nights but wish we could’ve stayed longer. The unit was as listed and was fully stocked with everything we needed. Close to shopping and the best island beaches. Lovely complex and no problems with check in.

Great stay! Waikoloa was perfect

The property has a great location. Management is responsive and doing the best they can with all circumstances. The residents aren’t exactly friendly, borderline frustrated. If you can deal with them telling your kids to stay out the hot tub great. The HOA is in great shape and the golf course is a perfect view. There are rules galore all over the property, no fireworks, no smoking, no kids under 12 in hot tub, no loud noise. No aloha. We will stay again. We loved it. We have thick skin however

Great stay

Very well-furnished and comfortable. Served as our home base for exploring much of the Big Island over 5 days. Great place to relax & unwind in the evening, quiet for sleeping. Having a nearby grocery store was convenient.

Clean and comfortable!

My family had a blast! The house was extremely clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could want/need, really felt like our home away from home. Quiet community, close to pool/gym and nearby shopping centers. The management team was/is so polite and very responsive. Wonderful experience, highly recommend, will definitely stay here again!

Great location!

Loved the property, loved the location, the managers responded quickly to any questions. Only complaint is the master king bed is not comfortable and makes noise anytime you move at night. Overall great stay!

Good location relative to golf course, shopping , Hilton and attractions. Property was fairly clean but somewhat dated. Needs renovation. A deep cleaning would be nice. Furnishings are dated. Master bedroom bed needs replacing. Some of the cookware was FILTHY and unusable. At times the Grill and Pool areas were crowded. Property has potential !!
