Lovely villa, great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed Villa Les 4 Saisons! Lovely, bright, airy layout and design inside and out, with gorgeous views and property. Rob (owner) and Gwen (manager) were great to work with, very responsive to our needs. Would definitely come back and would not hesitate to recommend it to others!

Great Spring Break Vacation!

My family and I had an unforgettable 5-day stay at this stunning villa in the beautiful, gated community of Terres Basses. The villa was spotless, spacious, and tastefully appointed, with well-equipped bedrooms and bathrooms that made us feel right at home. The pool was warm and perfect for relaxing and having fun. We truly had a fantastic time and are already looking forward to coming back. A special thanks to Gwen, who was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay—she made everything seamless!

The villa has stunning views and it is beautifully preserved. Walkable to Long Beach. Communication with Gwen & Rob was excellent and they were very accomodating - which we appreciated a lot. Luna and Boo, the neighbours' dogs were the most adorable occasional guests to the villa, grateful for them.

For our group, this villa was perfect. The accommodations were even better than expected. Every room was clean. The views could not have been more beautiful. Gwen the property manager was an excellent resource, and quickly answered all of our questions about Saint Martin. We would highly recommend this home to anyone.

Fabulous Location and Stay

Excellent stay that I am telling all my friends about. Gwen was always available to answer any questions. The welcoming gifts were also a surprise that my family enjoyed. The only issue we had was that the main living space was not air-conditioned. HOWEVER we did find that by opening all the doors, excellent views, we did get a nice cross breeze. We adjusted and that issue would NOT keep us from renting this gorgeous home again.

Rob and Gwen were GREAT! The property was exactly as described in the listing, and more than enough space for our family of seven. The house manager, Gwen, went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Her communication was top notch! If we needed ANYTHING, she was quick to respond and/or come on property, if necessary.
