This one-of-a-kind property features two separate, mega-spacious homes in a PRIME location, seamlessly connected by our signature sky deck overlooking Baxter Jack’s beach volleyball. With 6 huge bedrooms, 9 beds (5 Kings), and 4½ bathrooms, this luxurious retreat is ideal for large groups of up to 14+ guests.

This property is in a great location, with great space, parking, and beautifully decorated and clean! The indoor/outdoor space was a huge hit with our group! Awesome rental and I would definitely return!

Location was great and the rooms were very accommodating. As we were in Louisville touring the Bourbon Trail not a lot of time was spent in the unit, regardless our family found the unit worked well for all our needs. I’d recommend this unit

The Highball is Amazing

This is the best rental property I have stayed at for an adults weekend. We had 16 guys for a bachelor party, house was in great condition and so much space to hang out. Would 100% recommend to any large group and will try to rebook if ever in Louisville with a large group.

Golf Outing Lodging - 5-star rental property!

The HighBall rental property was the nicest rental property I've ever been too. I had high expectations based on the pictures and the reviews but it exceeded even those expectations. Spend the extra money to stay here, you will definitely not be disappointed!

AMAZING!!

Rented this space For my husbands birthday with 8 of his friends so they could do the bourbon trail. It was the perfect house for this group. They LOVED it!!! Spacious, clean, easy to get around town from They were blown away.

Wonder Stay

An adult group of 8 stayed to celebrate a 50th birthday. The home was perfect and exactly as pictured. Communication with the host was easy and timely. We spent most nights at the house and never got bored. Great setup for communal activities and then privacy at nighttime. Lots of wonderful restaurants, breweries, and activities within walking distance. Very close Uber drive to a lot of other activities and downtown. I would highly recommend staying here and would gladly return if we were in the area again.

Everything you need.

This property literally has it all. Spaces for lounging, entertaining, billiards, cooking, like everything. The showers are luxurious, both houses are really spacious, and having the back house can make a great get away when you’re entertaining in the front house. Street parking was more than ample. All kinds of outing spots within walking distance. Looking forward to renting it again in the future!

Bachelor Party Dream

We had 12 guys for a bachelor party and this place was absolutely perfect. We had plenty planned throughout the weekend, but it was so hard to get the group to leave this awesome place. We even canceled a couple plans to hangout here. Owners were very accommodating and on top of all communication. I’ve already recommended this place to family and coworkers.

A fabulous wedding weekend

I can’t say enough good things about this place and the management. Every detail was thought out when they built this! To say that it is amazing is an understatement. The wedding party stayed here and had so much room. Even though there is so much to do around the neighborhood it’s head to leave the house…. There is so so much to do there. I could go on and on… but take if from me, you won’t regret booking ! The pictures look great, it the house is even better than the pictures You won’t regret it,

Loved the House! Perfect for Large Group

We had a group of 12 adults (6 couples) for a getaway to explore the Bourbon Trail & Lousiville. It was perfect for our needs. The house was clean, and updated and the rooms were comfortable. We had enough room to spread out and hang out together. We had a great time. Communication with the owners was excellent. A couple of things that you may want to be aware of but weren't deal breakers for our group: - This property is in a commercial area which can be a bit noisy at times with the street traffic, train schedules, and other business activities. We were there in October with a Haunted House a block away that was open until 1 pm which was loud. - The property is two buildings. You have to walk outside between buildings through a courtyard which is secured behind a gate and fencing. The first building has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the top floor and 1 1/2 bathrooms on the first floor. The second building has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the top floor and 2 bedrooms on the first floor with no bathroom. We had three couples sharing one bathroom in the second building. In the first building, 2 couples shared one bathroom and 1 couple had their own en-suite bathroom. The full bathroom on the first floor of the first building was open to all but not really used much - only when we were all trying to get ready at the same time.

Double Booked

We were double booked in this property so we never got to stay here. I was never informed about the double booking until the night before the trip when I reached out for check in information. We were hurriedly put into another property by the same company which ended up being cheaper but the AC was broken. While we did receive a partial refund we never got a full refund and have subsequently lost contact with the property owner and management company.

More Than Expected But Worth Every Penny

This property is better than advertised! Great location w/ easy access to everything (stores, restaurants, delicious bakeries, River Front Park and more. Very impressed with details the owner included to ensure your stay is comfortable (facial towel wipes, laundry detergent w/ dryer sheets, very nice grill, pool table/board games, top of the appliances, dishes that support large family size meals, and so much more (not enough space to write everything. The owners were readily available to ensure our needs were and handle any issue that may arise (we didn’t have any issues). Highly recommend this rental if your going to Louisville, gear city and Awesome rental!

Golfers paradise

Group of 8 golfers ages54-78 go to Louisville every year for golf trip. I’m the hound. Find the golf courses and our resting place after. Found the best place on Baxter close to downtown that is amazing. I have zero and mean zero a bad thing to say about the Hill. Thank you so much.

This is a keeper!

This was a beautiful, comfortable, safe place to stay. We felt right at home and had plenty of space for the 8 of us. Our owner was easily accessible and took very good care of us. Neighborhood had some great restaurants within walking distance.

Friends getaway

This place was a great!!! The speakeasy theme was cool throughout rental. Lots of room to hang out. The karaoke set up was a fun feature once we got back in the evenings from our outings. There is a distillery, brewery, and restaurant across the street. And other shops and restaurants were not too far to walk, under a mile. The owners were readily available to answer any questions or concerns. We would stay here again.
