Villas De Las Flores 'a private community' is a beautiful quiet golf course community that directly adjoins the Tahquitz Creek golf course. You'll have easy access to Palm Springs vibrant dining, entertainment, and shopping options whenever you wish to venture out.

POLICIES
By staying at this property all guests agree to read the house rules and policies in this listing prior to booking.

Guests are to comply with all listed policies and rental agreement terms and are responsible for adhering to all terms outlined therein. Any violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the property without a refund.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, primary guest must be over 25 years of age. Upon booking, a rental agreement to be signed - all occupants must provide a valid government-issued ID that includes their permanent primary address.

Important: No pets. No parties or loud noise (per palm springs city ordinance), this is a non- smoking and vaping property, no-illegal activity or substances. No mailbox access or mail forwarding (amazon packages OK). Agreed use of the ring doorbell camera and temperature control guidelines. Only the people named on the rental agreement are allowed as overnight guests. Any other overnight guests must be approved by the host, no exceptions.

Our beautiful community including all amenities/pool/spa areas are the responsibility of our HOA and board (and not the host). Gardens are beautiful all-year round and the community has very well-maintained desert gardens. Flowers in the patio will bloom in-season (Jasmine and bougainvillea).
