Open and light space that is french style cottage design that exudes comfort. Comfortable furniture that helps you get relaxed. A large tv if movies are your thing. Open dining area and kitchen counter for family and one large open area for entertaining, games, and fun gathering together. Rooms are all appointed with french decor and accents that are decorated for comfort. Queen in the master sleeps 2, 2 twin beds in the other bedroom. Large Bonus Room has 2 Queen Beds sleeps 2 per bed with a Spa Style Bathroom with a luxury soak tub and rain shower - all completely new!

We have a large screened-in porch with a large table for family-style meals and game playing anytime, with ceiling fans that help it to be very comfortable. The yard had an open area and great space for sports and just enjoying the fresh air.

There is a sandbox next to the deck which is a nice area you can place chairs out to enjoy as well for the sunset. Then there is the fishing and just sitting looking at the


Come visit our cozy “cottage” on the main body of Lake Talquin. An island feel as you drive to the cul de sac reveals our relaxing waterfront home with a large screened porch overlooking the magnificent lakefront. We are 2 minutes away from a public boat ramp.
We're about a 20-30 minute drive from anywhere in Tallahassee. A great alternative to hotels for sports games and events.

The space
This is a lovely cottage-style home with the best views on the lake. It has a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, toaster, two coffee makers (Keurig and drip), and plenty of dishes, pots, and pans. We are upgrading by end of May, the entire kitchen to a gourmet top-of-the-line kitchen and separate island, new ambiance, and chef-quality cooking lighting and tools. Hence the price of the house will reflect the high-end luxury home on the lake with all the amenities you need!

A beautiful large screened porch with seating and a gas bbq grill is right outside the door covered with an outdoor sink and counter for fish cleaning and cooking!

Our large private dock has a covered gathering area, boat slip with power and fishing pier.

This fantastic location provides convenient access to some of the best freshwater fishing in north Florida. Additional boat trailer parking, boat ramp and marina are less than a mile away. Our place is just minutes from the Lake Talquin State Forest which offers hiking and mountain biking on more than 10 miles of trails.

You are renting the entire french cottage style designed home on a large lot with room for several boats.. The dock / covered boat slip is equipped with electricity to charge your trolling motor.
