Hardwood flooring and strong natural lighting accent the home's tastefully updated furnishings and fixtures. The kitchen has been upgraded with stainless steel appliances and a glass-top range stove, and a dishwasher makes for easy cleanup. Enjoy dining at, fireside, at the four-seater table. The kitchen counter has barstool seating for two. For a special treat, take your dinner out to the pool deck and dine al fresco at the six-person table while watching the sunset over the water.

The expansive pool deck comes furnished with patio loungers and a fire pit, perfect for entertaining guests.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

6 day stay
The location is great and it has plenty of space. The place needs some cleaning and renovations, specially the bathrooms, kitchen and it’s utensils. The backyard is quite messy. We had some trouble with the lock on the main door, called to report it but they never came to fix it. WiFi works perfect and bedrooms are clean.

Cleanliness: I was given the access code the night before so the day of check-in which was 4:00 p.m. I contacted vacasa and asked if we could check in early since I already have the code. They told me no due to the fact that the cleaning crew needed timing between guests. I completely understood this, but when we did check in we found that the property was very dirty with dead bugs all over the place and cobwebs in the ceiling that you walked through, it was very obvious that nobody had been there cleaning that day or any day recently. Another disappointing part is every time you reach out to Vacasa through the app you get a random person who is apparently in a Service Center and they ask for a confirmation code from your vacasa reservation as it is apparent they don't know who you are or where you're staying and then they have canned responses for service which basically equate to "when would be a good time for us to send out our local crew tomorrow". They always try to fix the problem the next day which is often too late and very disappointing for typical VRBO experiences where the owner is responsible and usually attentive. Pros: Comfortable beds Nice sized deep pool Awesome view lots of parking Fast wifi included Cons: Property was not properly cleaned Pool couldn't be heated at the end of March Literal trash on the pool deck Dead spiders on the floor when we walked in, needed to he cleaned by the guest before use. Very few outlets that were usable. Don't recommend!

A bit older place - no regular oven but serves the purpose and the pool would be nice if it was heated but too cold to use in non summer months. Would stay again but would also look other places...

Wonderful home away from home
We had a wonderful stay at Bahia Beauty. The house is old but still very sweet, cozy and has a modern interior. Everything was super clean when we arrived, the kitchen was well equipped and we very much enjoyed every minute. Thank you!
