Welcome to “Gardenia Beach Hideaway” by Clearwater Beach Vacation Homes

Gardenia Beach Hideaway is a serene vacation home featuring a refreshing pool, 3 cozy bedrooms, and 2 modern bathrooms. Nestled close to the beach, it offers a perfect blend of relaxation and comfort, making it an ideal getaway for families and friends.

-Guests will have full house access
-3 bed, 2 bath
- The home will sleep 8 comfortable, but we do allow up to ten there. No more then 8 adults.
-Clearwater Beach 4 minute walk to beach
-keyless entry
-pool heat available for an additional charge

-If the person booking is between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1000
-Cameras monitoring north-east corner facing front yard and south-west facing back yard.
-Consider buying travel insurance,
-Following your reservation, you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. 𝐖𝐄 𝐃𝐎 𝐍𝐄𝐄𝐃 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐒𝐄 𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐊 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍 𝟐𝟒 𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐒.
-Heated pool is an additional charge of $25 per night
- Dogs are welcome under 30lbs with a $150 pet fee per dog.
-Down payments are either $1000 or 10% of your total (whatever is greater-than)
Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.

Please be advised: Due to our property management account with VRBO, we collect the remaining balance if you are outside the 60-day window after your check-in date and after your down payment has been made. Payment can be made via PayPal with a 4% convenience fee, Zelle with no fee, Venmo with no fee if sent as friends and family, check with no fee, or credit card with a 4% convenience fee (only for the balance not for the initial down payment)

The house was adorable, perfect for a beach stay. 7-8 minute walk to the beach straight down the road! The pool was clean and we'll kept. The kitchen perfect with everything we needed to prepare a meal. The hosts were amazing amd kept in touch. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time, this property was in a great location. The best of both worlds..close to thebeach, but able to relax in the hot tub and the pool. The kitchen is well stocked and everything was clean. Looking forward to our next trip at this house.

Great Stay in Clearwater

We absolutely loved our stay at Gardenia Beach Hideaway in Clearwater! The home was exactly as described and even better in person—beautiful, clean, comfortable, and incredibly inviting. It truly felt like the perfect place to relax and unwind. The host was wonderful and very thoughtful, reaching out a couple of times during our stay just to make sure everything was going well. We really appreciated the personal touch and how easy everything was from check-in to check-out. The pool and hot tub were a huge bonus and were both clean and very well maintained. We also loved the location! It’s an easy walk to the beach and just a short drive or ride to local restaurants, bars, shops, and plenty of fun activities and experiences. If you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway in a beautiful neighborhood while still being close to everything Clearwater has to offer, we highly recommend Gardenia Beach Hideaway. We had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back again! 🌴☀️

So nice.

Beach is actually within walking distance, only a few blocks. The pool and jacuzzi are awesome; beds are comfy, the shower in master is AMAZING. Clean house. Couldn’t ask for better host, responds right away and fixes problems that probably didn’t need fixed within an hour. My teenage sister in law left her IPAD on the bed and they drove it to my house, luckily I’m a Clearwater local.. but they didn’t have to do that. Would def stay again.

Awesome communication and customer service from the host. They had everything available they listed having on vrbo. House was very clean, had everything you need to cook, nice grill with extra propane tank, nice supply of clean white towels, nice supply to start with cleaning and paper products. Take bug spray and citronella candle for backyard. Calm neighborhood, only a few minutes to shopping and restaurants. Backyard is closed with fence, which is great for privacy and safety for kids and dogs. Great house for a family to stay. Matresses were very confortable. Couch turns into a bed if needed. Good appliances. Granite countertops on kitchen and bathrooms. Awesome location at the beach. 4 small blocks walk to the beach. Dogs allowed area at the beach but not many people or dogs at the beach because that area is pretty much just houses. You can walk towards Caladesi from the beach in 1 hour walk. Absolutely beautiful shelling and nature sighting. No lifeguards area but ocean seems very safe. I do recommend this property!!

Excellent location! A quiet neighborhood on a not so busy part of the beach. It’s not too far from restaurants and shops either. We like to walk and almost everything we wanted to do was in walking distance.

The location was awesome. We could walk to the beach. Stayed for 1 month. Any questions were answered immediately. Very responsive. There was no crockpot called them and amazon delivered the next day.
