Guest Access
Guests will have private and full access to the entire home, including all four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, the open-plan living area, and the star attraction: your private, caged lanai with the heated pool and hot tub. The expansive backyard, grilling area, and ample driveway parking are also exclusively yours.

**For your convenience, you will find cleaning supplies under the sink. Feel free to use them to tidy up after meals or address any spills promptly. Also for your convenience you will find plastic plates and cups to bring outside as glass is not allowed in the pool area.
When the weather gets a bit chillier , for $100 per stay you can have the pool heated if it less than 4 days or $150 if it is more than 4 days. Please note, the pool must be heated for the entire duration of your stay (no partial heating). It will be heated up to 20-30 degrees above ambient temperature if the outside temperature is below 50°F. Please note, it is not a hot tub.

**A rental agreement is going to be sent once you complete your booking, to receive the door code you MUST sign the agreement.

**We don't provide propane tank filled, we have two tanks, one for the grill and the other for the fire pit. If you want to fill them you can do it in Walmart which is 3 mins from the house by car.

Rules

1. Security and Safety:

● Ensure that all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property. Do not
prop open doors or let anyone into the home who is not a registered guest.
● Maximum number of guests is 12.
2. Damages and , items broken or missing:
● Guests will be responsible for any damages or breakages during their stay. Inventory
is taken as well before and after each guest and items missing will be reported.
Please report any issues to the host immediately.
3. Kitchen Use:
● Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourself. Do not
leave dirty dishes in the sink after check out.
4. Garbage and Recycling:
● Dispose of garbage and recycling in the designated bins. Instructions for waste
disposal can be found in our guide book and on the fridge in the kitchen area.
5. Utilities:
● Conserve energy by turning off lights, air conditioning, and heating when not in use or when leaving the property.
6. Internet Usage:
● Use the provided Wi-Fi responsibly and refrain from illegal activities.
7. Parking:
● Adhere to the designated parking areas and respect neighbor's parking spaces. If no parking is available, please find suitable parking. There is an 8 car maximum only on the concrete space. No street parking or lawn parking allowed at any time .
8. Emergency Procedures:
● Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures listed in our guidebook including
the location of fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and emergency exits and emergency
pool tools .
9. Respect for Property:
● Treat the property with respect, as you would your own home. Do not rearrange
furniture without permission.
10. Quiet time is 10 P.M. -7 A.M.

***Please refer to the full list of pool rules outdoors by the pool and hot tub and house rules in your reservation details and our guidebook and posted in home and in the pool cage. Pets are NOT ALLOWED in the pool. Children and pets must never be left unattended in the pool cage.
***Guests are required to sign an agreement going over cameras, safety and rules.
***Reservations may be cancelled and guests may be asked to vacate if rules are not followed.
*** If home is left excessively dirty or excess of trash there will be an ADDITIONAL cleaning fees.
