Holiday inn

Was not aware of the parking fee, or that the pool was closed until arrival. Had to walk two hotels over to use their pool. I shouldn’t have to pay a parking fee if I pay to stay at the hotel itself. As for me and my family this hotel we will not stay at again.

Staff was amazing.

The front desk staff was amazing, very nice and helpful!!! The bathroom in the rooms were very small and could have been cleaned better. My bathroom smelled like old, wet bath towels, I believe it was the shower curtain because the smell was strong even after I disinfected it. Other then that I was pleased.

Building needs updating

Staff was nice at front desk. But the property furniture carpet and decor is dirty ripped up and old. Housekeeper only partially cleaned room.

Hotel was awful

The shower leaked, toilet did not work, they never vacuumed or took the trash, staff was rude. Also they never had towels, but always took the ones we had hanging up to dry. We ended up having to buy some.

I like the location close to Universal,TGIF resturants many other attractions. It was smooth check-in and out. Slept very comfortable bed sheets and pillows were clean. The room furniture can be updated or deep clean since in some chairs you can see stains, air vents could be vacuum to reduce room odor. Overall great hotel looking forward to my next stay!

Not what pictured old hotel needs renovation

The hotel is old and in need of repair. There were tiles broken in the shower, the bath faucet was loose, the toilet paper roll was complete missing, the outlets in the bathroom sink area didn’t work. The bar in the living room had bugs on it. I killed them and more came back. Couch was old and uncomfortable. Overall I would not stay here again. It did the job but it was not pleasant for a vacation with the family.

It's very close to Universal. The unit we got was pre-reno, not post. So it looked absolutely nothing like the pictures. It was nice and spacious but dated. This was for a low key family vacation. The price and location is good. But don't take anyone here if you are trying to impress. We didn't use the shuttles but some guests seemed to have problems with that.
