Overlooking historic Lake Eola, Orlando, you have all that Thornton Park has to offer at your fingertips. From fine dining, nightlife, the DR. Philips Center and much more.
Parking: There is 1 designated spot, if you have another car there will be an additional fee for it.

Private 2 bedroom condo with 1.5 bathrooms. It has a 58” flat screen tv, 2 queen size beds & sectional.
Owner lives in another unit in complex, so please be respecfful
It is in a downtown city area so please be aware that comes with city life including noise.

Lake Eola views within walking distance to all the restaurants, nightlife, downtown attractions including the Amway arena and the Dr. Philips Center.
Publix & convenient stores are around the corner. Lynx limo bus which is free goes to all the main attractions in the area. There's also the sunrail. Uber, zip car, lyft and taxis.
Accessibility: There are limited accessible features available for disabled guests at the present time.

Rental agreement needs to be e-signed before check in & ID submitted for security. Info will not be shared. Please note that the lead Guest must sign the rental agreement and the ID supplied must contain the same name and address as the credit card provided for the booking. If the lead guest is not paying for the booking, the person who is paying must sign the rental agreement and provide a copy of their ID, and their name and address should match the name on the credit card. If this is not the case, the booking will be cancelled by the host.

The place was clean and spacious. The living room was our relaxing spot. The location was great as we can see the lake.The location was safe and had a great parking spot. The host was quick to respond for any inquiries and would definitely stay here again.

Great location for what we needed for a quick getaway to Daytona 500. Close to I-4 and easy to get around. Clean and easy to book. But it’s downtown Orlando... If you want quiet at night this is not the place. Lots of night life though and great restaurants!

Outstanding. It’s no secret downtown Orlando can have some sketchy areas but this location was absolutely perfect. Great selection of food literally a block down the street. Beautiful lake in front of us with a huge market on Sunday during our visit. I picked this location because it was one of the cheapest ones, had no idea it would be this pleasant. Will definitely be checking this out again when I’m back in town.

Flew into town for a concert and booked this gem. The host was so helpful with all my silly questions and answered almost immediately. Location is absolutely perfect, the neighborhood is very cool, clean and the lake across the street is beautiful. The unit was sparkling clean, beds were comfortable as well. We debated renting a vehicle but opted to just uber from the airport and having the convenience of the zip bikes and scooters right there made getting around town so easy. We would definitely book this unit again

The condo was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the view was stunning. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to others and would gladly consider staying here again in the future.

Perfect for our trip; wedding at Lake Eola Park. This was literally right across the street from the park. It can be a little noisy at times, but it didn’t keep us from sleeping at night. It’s about an hour from Disney. It is vintage, but very clean. Could use more electrical outlets, but we made it just fine.

Concert Weekend

I loved this little property! It was cute and had some vintage elements to it making it special! Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant! I didn't experience any issues, but if i did, the owner would have been easy to communicate with. The location for my purposes was great! The park across the way was nice. Overall great spot!
