Located in the beachfront Pyramid community, this charming coastal condo offers amazing ocean views from its third-floor balcony. Whip up breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen, updated with a full suite of appliances and ample cookware. A table in the dining area seats the group for meals. Spend sunny days between the heated oceanfront pool and the sparkling shoreline, located just steps from your door. Situated on the north end of town, enjoy being able to walk to nearby restaurants and attractions. Unwind in the evenings with movie nights on the smart TV in the ocean-view living area. A half bath adds convenience. Added perks include cable, central air-conditioning, and a shared outdoor shower.

THINGS TO KNOW
A $40 registration fee is due at check-in at Pyramid building year-round. The fee Includes use of on-site amenities and one (1) parking space.
Third-floor condo with elevator access.
Streaming with own accounts available.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Stay!

This was our second time staying at this property but our first time in 3F. I would definitely book this unit again! Clean, quiet, plenty of amenities and the balcony view was spectacular! We felt right at home and comfortable here. The building in general is well maintained and clean, including the pool area, and we also feel secure staying here.

For last ten years we visited OC, we never stayed in clean place and updated apartment as this apartment, also owner provided towel and bedding sheets cleaned that you can actually use, I highly recommend this place! We will go back for sure.

Our Vacation

We have been coming twice a year for 10 years. We have always rented a different condo . In May they jacked their prices sky high . We shopped around and found the condo at Pyramid. Best choice we’ve ever made. This place is very clean and quiet! The staff are very friendly , polite and helpful. To say we love it is an understatement. The only thing I could say needs to change is the blinds need to be fixed. They take away the privacy . Other than that this place is perfect. We will continue to rent it .

Best unit I’ve rented in 21 years in OCMD

OCMD has been a summer tradition for me and my kids for 21 years. This is the first time we stayed at The Pyramid and it did not disappoint. The building itself was beautiful. The elevators were fast. They provided enough carts for check in and out. The pool was clean and warm. There was plenty of parking. I parked my truck right by the beach so I didn’t have to bring all my sandy beach stuff up to the unit. They have friendly front desk security. The unit was perfect. The beds were comfortable. I loved that we didn’t have to bring bedding. This is the first time I rented in OCMD where they provided linens and towels. That was a big space saver in my truck. The bathroom located off the bedroom was spacious with a double sink. Everything looked updated in the unit. Granite countertops in both bathrooms and kitchen. Everything was decorated tastefully. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essential needs. The balcony was big with plenty of furniture. I love that all the floors were tile. Will definitely book again. Thank you for an amazing place to stay!

This was our first time in OC MD. The unit was great for my spouse and our preschooler. Highlights: -beach front and away from the boardwalk. The boardwalk is about a ten minute drive. If you go to the boardwalk you do have to find a parking spot and pay for parking, $3/hour -heated pool which gets shaded early by 2pm. This was a plus for us to get out of the sun a bit. -overlooks the pool but it was still relatively quiet -across from a grocery store and Lombardis which had awesome pizza -pretty clean. I have heard horrors of bedbugs and roaches in OC but did a through check and found no evidence. -there were some stray hairs on the sheets and the bed frame was dusty -tons of flies in the unit when we arrived, which I assume was from previous guest or cleaning company having the door or balcony open. -bathroom linens and enough cleaning supplies to last the week. -kureg didn’t work but coffee pot worked fine -Wi-Fi only worked in the living room -response time with rental company Vacasa was bad, some of my emails went unanswered -said I needed to provide info through HelloSign to rent in OC but I never received the email. Vacasa said they have no control over HelloSign. Uncontrollable, but the only downside was the weather was freezing! 60s in late June! Overall would stay here again if we return.

Beautiful condo on the beach. The only complaint I have is the floor throughout the apartment was filthy. Walking barefoot made our feet black. We had to wear flip flops at all times.

Great location and views

This condo was clean and well equipped with great views. The location is good and we didn’t have to fight for a spot on the beach like at some of the other high rise condos. Beds were comfy and we liked having the extra bathroom to get ready. The master bath was spacious and we were able to spread out our toiletries.

Great Vacation
