Our upscale Spring Hill home is located 45 mins from Tampa and 1 hour 40 mins from Orlando. This unique property is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood with peaceful and serene vibes. The home is a two-story, 3,000+ sq. ft., open floor plan which creates the perfect free-flowing entertainment space, from the kitchen to the living room, and into the dining room with triple-panel sliding doors that opens right to the outdoor sun, fun and backyard paradise. Four bedrooms, a bunk room and 3 bathrooms provide comfortable accommodations for up to 14 guests.

We completed our renovation in early 2022, including a remodeled kitchen, bathrooms, new flooring, new fireplace , new lighting and fixtures, new furniture and much more! Every detail was carefully planned to make this the ultimate vacation getaway for groups and families to enjoy! From the moment you enter our home, you will enjoy what makes our Spring Hill Paradise property so tranquil and inviting.

Guests can enjoy all of what our property has to offer from lying in the sun to swimming, playing games or getting creative in the detached play-house, lounging in the hot tub or on a pool floaty in the lazy river, or playing lawn games in the large backyard. This oasis has it all! If you have a desire to stay inside the home during the day or evening there are various games and experiences for family fun. Looking for a movie night? Relax on the large sectional sofa and enjoy a show on the new 65-in TV with access to Netflix and all other major streaming apps. Itching for some adventure? Try finding 25 different mushrooms hidden throughout the house. Find them all to win special prizes! Looking for a slumber party? Retreat to the bunk room upstairs for a glow-in-the-dark and neon-light experience – or throw on a tiara and bask in the princess lounge.

Our one-of-a-kind resort style pool features a zero/beach entry, a lazy-river, a tube slide, an outdoor shower, and a bridge leading to the elevated heat spa (hot tub) island with waterfalls tumbling over beautiful rocks into the spectacular pool. The pool is not heated but the spa is.

Cooking and entertaining are seamless in the newly remodeled chef's kitchen, featuring brand new stainless appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with endless chef's cookware, gadgets and small appliances, including a toaster, coffee maker, air fryer, rice cooker, blender, etc. In addition, guests have access to the stainless grill located by the pool and outdoor dining with seating for 6 at one table and seating for 3 at the bar table.

The kitchen has 6 seats at the dining nook, the formal dining room seats 8 and there is bar seating for another 3 people. Continuous flow to the dining room and into a pool table/game room makes for an ideal entertainment space. Want to eat outside? Step through the sliding doors and dine outside at your own tropical oasis!

Just off the kitchen is a laundry room, complete with 2 washers and 2 dryers.

The large and luxurious master bedroom offers tons of space and natural light! The newly remodeled bathroom features all new fixtures, a deep soaking tub, over-sized shower, extra counter and cabinet space, excellent lighting and mirror with a double-sink vanity.

There are three additional beautifully appointed guest bedrooms on the second floor along with a separate newly-remodeled hall bathroom to share. All guest rooms feature queen-sized beds, luxury bedding, tropical inspired artwork and comfortable floor space for circulation.

Kids of all ages will enjoy relaxing in the 2nd floor bunk room, complete with 2 sets of twin sized bunk beds. This special bedroom is the perfect space for kids to explore, build forts, use their imagination and create life-long memories. Windows on each side of this space bring in beautiful natural light but can be closed off with blackout blinds. This room features a glow-in-the-dark and neon-light experience, and is complimented by a princess lounge. This room is equipped with a TV and has Netflix and other major streaming options for your pleasure!

This tropical paradise is outdoor living at its finest! The over-sized yard provides space for a variety of games and sports activities. There are plenty of seating areas including 2 comfortable lounge chairs and a cabana-style daybed, sectional sofa on the lanai, 2 umbrella-topped dining table with 6 chairs, and a fire pit with additional beach chairs to be used. Off to the side-yard is an additional ‘play-house’ structure with a game room below (with basketball and foosball) and a Moana inspired play/lounge room upstairs.

The house's maximum capacity is 14 guests. Small gatherings or family-style events MAY be allowed on a case-by-case basis (for an additional fee, and with prior approval). The property is best suited for up to 8 adults and up to 6 children.

Outside from the house, Spring Hill is located on the Nature Coast of Florida where you will find an assortment of unique adventures to create the ultimate family vacation!

Our main attraction that put us on the map back in 1947 was Weeki Wachee Spring State Park, The city of live mermaids. The park is still open 7 days a week and 365 days a year!

Weeki Wachee Springs is a 1st Magnitude Spring and the only one of its kind in North America. Enjoy the live Mermaid shows, water slides or take a kayak down the river or with a guided tour. Pack a picnic and stop at Rodgers Park, where you will see the occasional manatee and frolic in the crystal-clear waters of the Weeki Wachee River.

Want to take a hike? Enjoy the many nature walks at Weeki Wachee Preserves. Here you will see an array of animal species and crystal blue quarry lakes.

For local shopping and dining, be sure to check out historic downtown Brooksville. Not only will you find sweet southern treats and meals, but you will also experience the history of the town. The Hernando Heritage Museum, the 1895 Train Depot, and the Countryman One Room Schoolhouse all offer daily tours.

Then save an evening for a sunset at Pine Island Beach where you will experience the sky speaking in a thousand colors as the vibrant oranges fade into tropical pinks and purples as the sun whispers goodbye into soft golds.

-This is a family home and we expect that you treat the home with the same respect you would give to your own. This is NOT a party house or event space. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, and we respect our neighbors. Quiet hours from 9p-8a.
-A maximum of 6 cars are allowed on the property during any/all rentals. No street-side or off-site parking is offered or permitted.
-A signed rental agreement is required to rent this property.
-No shoes allowed in the house.
-Smoking only allowed in designated areas. No smoking allowed indoors, on the lanai or within the back-yard pool area.
-The house's maximum capacity is 14 guests. This home is best suitable for up to 8 adults and up to 6 kids. All guests staying at or visiting the home must be registered. No pets allowed at any time. Undeclared guests and pets will incur a charge of $1,000 for the violation and subject to immediate cancellation of your stay.
-Swimming pools and water features come with water dangers for children. If you choose to bring children, please supervise at all times and understand it is at your own risk.
-This property has several outdoor security cameras used to protect the property from potential break-ins, theft, and trespassing.
