Convenient and kid friendly

Liked the kid and pet friendly aspects of this rental. There's a high chair, some kids games and toys, and a big fenced in back yard for a dog. Also, pro tip: if you're looking for a boat rental make sure to include Hernando Beach motel and rental in your search.

Great place, very clean and perfect location for our needs close to family. Active communication leading up to the trip made everything straight forward and answered all our questions. We have small children so big bonus for having some toys to play with.

Enjoyed Our Stay!!

The home was beautiful and well maintained. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay while we visited weeki spring and Rogers State Park (fairly close drive). They trully put a lot of thought in decorating the home to ensure your stay was enjoyable! I would definitely rent this home again when visiting the area.

Loved our stay

This home was exactly what we were looking for. The space was clean and well stocked with more than we could have asked for. Communication with the host was quick and responsive. We are already planning out next trip to the area and would love to stay here again.

Too short of a visit

I will definitely rent this property again next time I’m visiting my father. Overall everything was clean, accessible to stores and the beds were firm but comfortable.

Modern updated beautiful home

Our stay was very pleasant with comfortable beds and furniture. It is a beautiful, completely updated home. Communication was great with the host…he was available and very helpful.

We are snowbirds and spent January, February and March here. The home was very clean, not on a busy road, and in a nice neighborhood. Timothy was very quick to address our needs. The back yard was fenced in and is pet friendly (although we did not have a pet). The garage was available but there was no automatic opener. There are a lot of nearby restaurants and other places to see. If only the weather would have been a little bit better!

Super Clean & Accommodating

This Home has everything you could think of needing for a Staycation. Extremely family friendly. There were snacks & children activities provided, All rooms were as displayed in the pictures. Super Clean & Spacious. Highly recommend. Would love to visit again.

Great

House was very nice. Updated and clean. No clutter. Had everything we needed. Just as it looks in the pictures. Property manager was very responsive to my questions and requests- often responded within minutes. Would definitely stay there again if in the Spring Hill area.

This place exceeded our expectations as soon as we walked in. The minor touches were very nice. They had everything you could think of that you would need, i.e, linens, towels, pots, pans, cups, measuring spoons, silverware, etc.. They even provided a minimal amount of supplies like coffee, sugar, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent, body wash and shampoo.The internet worked well which was great because my husband and I both work remotely.The fenced in area was nice but could use some minor fixing of the gaps so that (if you have as puppy like we do) they are not able to get out. It was not terrible, we made it work. The driveway had enough room to accommodate my husband and I's Jeeps. We were even able to put our motorcycle in the garage.The area is very close to stores such as Walmart.We needed to extend our stay because the purchase of our house fell through and they were very accommodating in doing so. I would definitely recommend staying here 100%.

Great Home base location

This was our first time "snowbirding" and this house delivered all what we needed. The layout is perfect with an open kitchen, dining and living room. The bedrooms were spacious with large closets. The master bathroom has a very large walk-in shower and is tastefully decorated. The hallway bathroom was also nicely decorated with updated fixtures. The backyard was fully fenced, but needs some work which the owner is fully aware of. My favorite part of the house was the kitchen. There is so much counter space and cupboard space that it never felt cramped. The two big windows over the sink flooded the room wirh daylight. You can literally watch the cranes and ibis' in your front yard. We sincerely thank the iTrip team for a wonderful and relaxing experience.
