Tropicana Villa With Stunning Mountain Views

Tropicana Villa is located in a 55 plus community that features a private pool and spa for owners and guests. At least one tenant must be 55 years of age or older. Enjoy 1356 finished square feet of living space with wonderful views of the Santa Rita Mountain Range, including Mt Wrightson and Elephant Head. Both king bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms with tiled floors running throughout the property. The separate "B" side room has it's own kitchenette, king bed, sitting area and full bath. The "A" side boasts a full kitchen with granite countertops, great room, primary bedroom with a king bed, washer/dryer, full bath featuring a walk in shower, walk in closet and dining area. Tropicana Villa is conveniently located to golf, pickleball, hiking, I-19, Titan Missile Museum, Tubac and Green Valley Recreation facilities. This is a wonderful space, allowing you spread out and enjoy your stay whether it is for a week or a month.

Perfect Get-away
Clean, comfortable, and well stocked! The villa is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Very quiet neighborhood including the Havalina who congregated in the front yard to munch on acorns from the desert oak. Perfect jumping-off point to see all the attractions between Tucson and Bisbee! I highly recommend and we definitely plan to stay here again!

The Property manger has and is the best! There was a last minute change of entry door codes. So she sent me an email about 4 days before arrival. Well as luck would have it, I left my iPad at thw motel on our first night out! I am an oldest guy and deplore checking my emaul on my cell phone. So when we arrived the door code did not work. Buy some freak of mathematical combinations the "B" unit door opened. I noticed the locks where new. Being a Building inspector I would find the manuals and make the locks work. after an hour i decided to just call Kim! She soon returned ny call and informed me that she emailed me and wrote the new codes in the visitors directory. S my advise here is to always call the property manager right away!

We recently purchase Tropicana Villa and plan to use it as our base while we are in Green Valley. We fell in love with the area and all of the amenities that it had to offer when we visited friends who live in Green Valley. We hope you enjoy the area as much as we have.

Tropicana Villa is conveniently located near San Ignacio Golf Course, Canoa Ranch Golf Course, 2 Green Valley Recreation facilities, bike paths, and walking paths. Proximity to I-19 allows you to venture off to the adorable town of Tubac (15 minutes), Titan Missile Museum (15 minutes), Tucson Airport (30 Minutes) , Downtown Tucson (45 minutes), and Madera Canyon (25 minutes). This is a perfect spot to use as your "headquarters" when planning your excursions or to stay and enjoy the heated pool and spa and beautiful mountain views. Green Valley Recreation is also available for 2 adults.
