Sandra, When you called about the sofa bed, we did respond and tried to repair it. It was not like this prior to your check in. What happened was that your son broke the entire folding mechanism after the first night which left us unable to fix it. The owner had to buy a new sofa sleeper. We are not sure why you mentioned duct tape , we had to totally disassemble the frame just so you could sleep on the couch. No duck tape was used. Anyway, we thought that it would be appropriate to give all of the correct details .

Great getaway

Apartment was clean and comfortable. It was a short distance from beach. It had almost everything you would need for your getaway. I'd recommend placing a rug in the bathroom due to the floor becoming slippery after showering. A dish cloth and kitchen towels would be great items to add as well. Just a heads up upstairs neighbors were extremely loud echoing footsteps at all hours of the day and night. I know this can't be controlled by management it's just a thing that happens while staying in a ground floor apartment but wanted to pass along for future renters. All and all we had a great stay.

Difficult to contact manager

Found hair in the kitchen on appliances and also on the toilet and in the shower. We checked in on Sunday and contacted the manager about a minor issue. We tried to go swimming on Monday but our code did not work we text and emailed the manager and did get a response until Tuesday.

Hi Joseph, We use the same cleaner each time . We have never had an issue . We do inspect after each cleaning and we did not see the hair that you mentioned. Cleaners are not perfect , however, we do ask that you report any issues upon arrival so that they can be addressed. You did not mention anything about this during your stay. No email, no phone call. As for the pool, we responded within 15 minutes from the time you called. We are always available and respond promptly. What we found out about the gate code is that it was user error. In the future, please read all policies and rules. Respond through the booking portal with any issues that you may have.

We had a lovely time at this property. The location is very convenient to the beach and local restaurants. We usually stay waterfront but decided to find a budget option this year and this unit was perfect for our needs this time. The pool was quiet and just a few steps from the back entry. A short walk and you were on the sound side beach where we watched the sun set each night. The host was super responsive to all our inquiries and was very easy to contact. I would definitely stay here again on future trips to Navarre.

Review for property

Not bad needs more toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper and tissues. Add some pens in the drawers please. Additionally more towels for an extended stay.

very nice

It was very nice. the sofa bed was not great and there was not dishwashing detergent so we couldn't use the dishwasher. Also hand soup in a dispenser would have been appreciated but overall very nice.
