3B Beach Club Penthouse BC 2104 - Indoor Heated Pool!

Come and enjoy vacation paradise at Beach Club Towers Resort and Spa. Located on the Penthouse Level (21st floor) of the Tower building, this renovated, professionally decorated 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo will surely delight the most discerning vacationer. 2 Free Seasonal Beach Chairs and Umbrella provided to our guests through Lazy Days Beach Rentals ($600 value - FREE to our guests).



Inside the unit you will notice 11 foot ceilings, a benefit of being in the Penthouse, and a fully renovated space. From the countertops to the floors to the window treatments, not a detail was missed.



The Rooms:

-The master suite has direct balcony access, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and a whirlpool bathtub as well as separate shower in the masterbath.

-2nd bedroom has king bed with full bath attached and great views of the bay.

-3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds with full bath located just outside of bedroom door.

This unit provides sleeping arrangements for 6.



The Kitchen:

Enjoy your family and friends in this open concept floor plan. The Kitchen looks out to the dining area and living space and also looks out over the Gulf. Anything you may need, you will find in this kitchen. Whether you are shaking a martini, making a margarita, or need a nice carafe for a bottle of wine, we’ve got you covered. For your convenience we also have a traditional coffee pot and a Keurig, so make your coffee your way, and enjoy a gorgeous morning on the balcony overlooking the gulf.



The Amenities:

Enjoy our 2 pools on the property, including our outdoor pool and our heated indoor pool! The indoor pool has an enforced family swim time for those 18 years old and younger from 12pm-6pm. Both the indoor and outdoor pools have hot tubs. Want to relax even more, Aqua spa is on sight. Book a massage or facial as part of your day in paradise. Aqua spa is located with in Beach Club gym. Just because you are on vacation doesn’t mean you have to forgo your workout! The gym won’t disappoint. And all of this without even leaving the building!

Awesome stay.

Property was great, views amazing. airshow being moved to the beach was icing on the cake. Trip was for my father to go back and see naval station he was stationed at was a total success. Would definitely recommend and stay at again.

Very Nice, but wouldn’t return to this unit

Beautiful condo and community overall. The pool and location are perfect! Just a few disappointing things: This is the Penthouse, right? You would think that it would have everything you need. Not so much. There was only 1 kitchen towel. There were no containers for leftovers. (I had to buy my own). There were salt and pepper shakers, but no salt and pepper. There is an awesome grill outside, but no propane tank. The stovetop had all of the numbers/levels of heat scratched-off, so I couldn’t tell what level I was cooking on. These are all minor details, but things that you think the “Penthouse” would have provided. My family and I stayed in Navarre Beach earlier this year and that place had EVERYTHING. It literally felt like I was at my own home. (Board games, movies, detergent, ziploc bags, etc). We had a great time, and the condo is lovely, but we would not return to this specific unit.

5 Star Property with some minor recommendations

My wife and I greatly enjoyed getting away to this wonderful Penthouse Floor Unit. The views from this top floor are spectacular. The taller ceilings, windows, and arches on the balcony make for a lot more sun and sky into the condo which is wonderful. Check in was a breeze and they were very responsive. The included Lazy Day Beach Chair Rentals passes were awesome! We would definitely stay here again and intend to! We love Beach Club. One minor area I would give feedback to the owners is the Kitchen needs more cooking supplies in such a high end unit. We couldn't find a basic spatula or a cookie sheet. We ended up buying these at the local grocery store and left them in the condo (you're welcome). There was only one skillet, no measuring cups, and no large cutting board big enough to pull a pizza out of the oven. It would also be nice for the unit to have a Keurig Coffee Maker for such a high end unit. Filtered water from the fridge was almost non-existent as it just trickled out. Some of these things are items that the management company should be checking on, but they are also items the owners have to decide to replenish for the unit. Upon check out, we did let the management company know about these basic items that were missing. One other small item is just like another reviewer had pointed out, I think it is very odd the TV is across the room over the dining table which makes it very weird to watch TV from the couch across the room. I also don't believe the TV was a smart TV, which would have been very nice in this day and age with Netflix etc... As I said, I believe these things were minor and won't stop us from staying again at all! This is a beautiful condo! Thank you for letting us stay :)

Perfection.

A perfect place to stay- such an amazing condo! Tastefully decorated and very clean, with plenty of space for our family of 6. Morning coffee overlooking the turquoise waters of the gulf, watching dolphins play 21 stories below, sleeping with the patio doors open to hear the waves. Perfection is a bold word- but that’s what it is- the view is to die for. We’d highly recommend staying here- there’s only good things to say. We cannot wait to rebook and do it all over again!!

Beautiful views from this penthouse unit

The condo is decorated very beautifully and comfortable. Having to watch TV over the dining room table was a bit awkward. Also the kitchen could have used a few extra things like measuring cups/spoons and potholders. Only one kitchen towel and no wash clothes was a little of a problem. The last unit we stayed in at Beach Club had a smart TV so we were able to access our Netflix account. If this unit does have a smart TV, I apologize but we were not able to find it. I usually bring a few DVD's for the grandkids but this unit had no players. Even though we encountered these few little problems, we really had a good time. The weather was very cold so we appreciated the indoor heated pool and spa. They're huge. And the gym is the best I've seen in any condo. We are spoiled and will be staying at the Beach Club from now on.

Our penthouse was above and beyond what we imagined! Awesome accommodations and views.

This was by far the best place we have stayed in years. Loved the penthouse views , oceanfront and sound side. Staff were all amazing and met all of our needs. Will definitely come back!

Beautiful Property

Condo was just as described. I was hesitant that it would live up to the pictures but it did in every way. Be sure to bring your own paper towels, dish washing supplies, and garbage bags as there is pretty much only one of everything. Otherwise this condo is Fab!!!

Spectacular views!

This is an amazing property! The decor and accommodations are incredible. It is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. The Gulf views are breathtaking! We had so much fun!

Always love Beach Club & this unit takes it up another level. Beautifully decorated & especially loved the patio furniture. The panoramic views are amazing and the young men who helped us with the chair service were just great. Already looking at dates for the fall!!

The AC unit inside the condo was extremely loud. Hard to sleep at night...sounds like a washer on the spin cycle. Outdoor patio furniture was tired and worn. Definitely not new as the photo would suggest. Master bedroom was 10 degrees warmer than the rest of the condo. Lastly, furniture layout made it difficult to watch/listen to the tv...especially if kids are in bed. Had to be turned up to hear it across the room. Sorry! Really hate to give a negative review but wanted to be honest about our experience for incoming guests.

The condo was beautiful with everything we needed! The balcony was my favorite place (after the beach) because the view was amazing! We got two free beach chairs each day and the beach attendant was great as well. The only thing we needed to buy (besides groceries) was beach towels because they are not provided. Thanks for a fabulous vacation!
