Awesome condo close to the beach

We had a wonderful stay and the condo was set up nicely for a family with kids, and perfect location to the beach, the neighborhood pool, and Jupiter restaurants.

The condo was well equipped with towels and beach chairs, etc and was very clean. Our family was very comfortable there. The walk to the beach was long but off of the main roads and through the park, so it was enjoyable. We especially loved the ourdoor seating areas, the only drawback was that's it's right on Route 1 and with only bushes to block it, there was a lot of road noise. Overall we would stay there again for sure.

Excellent location and accomdations

We were very pleased with our stay at Coco Villa. We had 2 couples and there was plenty of space for all of us. The condo was very clean and decorated nicely and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was perfect as it is close to the Marina and beach and many restaurants. We have family that stays in Jupiter for a few months in the winter and we would definitely rent this condo again in the future.

Outstanding accommodations

This was a stunning condo, in a great area. It has everything you could want and it is luxurious to sleep there. I had my almost 18 yo son with me from Michigan for a week, and I will stay here again next year. Gina was very easy to get ahold of if needed. We loved it.

Great property and just as advertised. Though we did not try to walk to the beach. Very clean, very nice furnishings, 2 bedrooms each with king beds and tvs. Bathrooms have been recently remodeled, though a little on the smaller side, they were nice. We were there for a baseball tournament with our son and it was great that this rental had its own washer and dryer to do laundry. Extremely close to a Publix grocery store and several great restaurants nearby. There is a community pool and hot tub which were very nice and next door to Twisted Tuna so it made it very convenient to sit at the pool and get food and drinks. Twisted Tuna food was excellent! Our only small issue was there was a problem with the water pressure and showering took a very long time. Communication with the owners and greeters was wonderful. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful cozy condo, long walk to beach

This villa is located in the end unit of a large beautiful community. The decorating is very pretty. We appreciated the ease of communication with management and the inclusion of beach chairs. The description is deceiving though. The title stated “walk to beach” and the description details mentions a 10-minute walk to Jupiter Beach. We are avid walkers and found many restaurants within walking distance, but we still needed to drive to the beach because there is no good way to walk to the public beach in a realistic amount of time (but it is a very short drive). It was nice to experience free beach parking in Florida! Jupiter is a great place to visit. The people are friendly and polite. There is a lot to do there and it’s obvious the locals care about their beautiful community.

We understand that carrying beach chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella may make the walk feel longer, but many guests find it easily walkable.
