Located close to local shops, and restaurants and a short stroll over Oak Island Drive to the beach, Pawsitively Paradise offers a cozy beach retreat for both your and your pup!

The covered front porch and screened in back porch each offer a great place to relax while your four-legged friends play in the fenced in dog run. Play a friendly game of corn hole together and hang out in the outdoor seating area located in the shade under the home. If you've rented a golf cart for your stay, an outlet is available for convenient charging.

The front door opens to the living room where you will find two couches that provide plenty of seating centered around a mounted Smart TV so you can keep up with your favorite shows or the big game while on vacation. The end tables have USB ports for charging cell phones and other devices.

The open floor plan flows into the dining area and kitchen, providing a great space for entertainment. The dining room table offers seating for eight while the elegant kitchen offers granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

The master bedroom flows off the living room and is finished with a king bed, large master bathroom and a dresser to store your belongings. Enjoy your favorite movie or show from the comfort of the bed on the mounted smart TV.

The other king bedroom is situated off the dining area and also provides a private bathroom and closet space to go along with a mounted smart TV.

The front left bedroom provides a double and a twin bed paired with another mounted smart TV. This room shares a bathroom with the final bedroom that is finished with a twin-over-twin bunkbed and a smart TV.

The house is beautiful and in a great location. Convenient for every thing and could easily walk to the beach. The only downside was it could have been cleaner , looks like it was just half cleaned, but we made the best of it. Would stay again.

Pawsitively Perfect

We all loved this place! There were 7 of us plus our lab for the weekend. The layout was just what we needed for our crew, with direct yard access for our dog and a short walk to the beach. It was clean, well-stocked, lots of space for our stuff, and the included linens were very convenient. Only tip is to check what's provided ahead of time - we had a few surprises (no grill or hand soap) but nothing we couldn't manage. We would happily stay here again.

Nice Layout & Great Location

This a wonderful rental for enjoying the beach with dogs. We really liked the fenced yard and the multiple bedrooms each with a bathroom. The communal areas are very comfortable and great for visiting and relaxing. The kitchen is very nice and well equipped. Highly recommended!

Family Vacay

We loved this house so much, we have rebooked for next year! The kitchen is huge, large pantry and laundry room. If you plan to cook (we didn’t) you might want to bring some of your own items. There are pots, a couple of smaller frying pans. I will bring some of my own next year so we can cook more. The layout of the house is great. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The living area is very spacious. The fenced yard for the dogs was AMAZING! So much room under the house as well for parking and all the beach stuff it took for 3 kids! The only thing that we didn’t like was crossing the street to get over to the beach side. We just piled in the truck and drove over. You will need a parking pass if you decide to park. We didn’t leave the truck there. The kids were ages 5 and 4(twins) and it was just too busy to try to cross on foot! It is not a long walk for adults or even older kids. We had no issues at all with anything and loved our time at Pawsitively Paradise!

Beautiful Dog Friendly Home

This is a beautiful, new or newly remodeled home. The appliances are newer and function as they should. We stayed here during a local baseball tourney so it served our purpose very well. Overall this is fine home and great alternative to a hotel. A couple of points to make: The TVs only stream. You cannot (or I couldn't figure our how) get local, over the air channels. No local news or weather. Our stay was during the NCAA March Madness. We couldn't watch any games at night. I left a voicemail with the property managers after we checked in (Sunday) to see if they could provide any instructions about the TV, but my call was never returned. On the flip side, the coffee maker lid malfunctioned and housekeeping was quick to respond when phoned. Another point; This home is on a busy road where the speed limit is 45 mph. At times it was very difficult to cross and walk to the beach access. Also the traffic noise at night can be loud. We'd rented a golf cart thinking we could take it to the beach but honestly I was afraid to try and cross this highway on it during the day. These are not to take anything away from this property. It's a beautiful, well-kept unit and the keyless check-in and entry is very convenient. It's location is a short drive to restaurants. I'd definitely consider staying here again and prepare myself accordingly.

Clean and convenient

This house was exactly as described. A short walk to the beach, located in a quiet neighborhood. We took our dog and the little fenced in yard was perfect for her. We used the oven, which was excellent. The bathrooms / showers were nice. Everything was modern, clean and seemed new. The furniture and tv setup was super nice. Great house for our brief thanksgiving trip and so grateful we were able to bring our dog.
